Rachel is my go to person any time I need help ; she’s very nice and always going the extra mile to help no matter what. Only concern I have is I have to keep bringing my car back for maintenance because my complaints aren’t being resolved fully. I’ve went to two different Hyundai’s and had service done and the car still does the exact same thing I’ve complained about ; the car was not running like this when I first got it so I know an issue still exist. Other then that I have no complaints whatsoever they are always friendly at Hyundai so I’ll continue to bring my car there for service.

Great service and excellent "advisor"! Highly recommended!!!However, the front brakes needed replacing. They were replaced ONLY 1 1/2 years ago, or UNDER 11,000 miles! I am beginning to think that Hyundai PARTS are of POOR QUALITY, as these brakes SHOULD have lasted for 50,000+ miles!!! No, I DO NOT "ride" my brakes. They are used SPARINGLY!!! It is NOT MY FAULT (driving habits). The FAULT is with Hyundai Parts!!!

He worked with me to ensure I had everything I wanted in the vehicle, and further ensured the future with the vehicle was perfected and easy. He was on top of it, professional, and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I would recommend Russell and this dealership to anyone! I have received follow up phone calls/texts to ensure my vehicle was everything I wanted and to help me with any other gadgets! Awesome team work and sales!

Everything was golden! I just didnt like how I had to call 5 times all within an hour to get some to pick up.

They're always so helpful and their oil changes are affordable!

it was a bit longer than I expected , but when i reguested that during the comp was I asked if they could clean the inside windsheild and they did and a perfect job was done!!! thank you!

Very professional salesperson who delivered the exact vehicle I requested and did not try to divert or up-sale me another car. No high pressure sales staff made the transaction run smoothly. The finance manager was very knowledgeable in loan options and actually found available financing with an annual APR rate 2% below that which was initially quoted! Very happy with my vehicle purchase.

I bought a car last week. I was a little anxious since it had been a while since I had bought a car. Shamarie Moses, salesman, was a great help to me. I found a car that fit my budget and fulfilled most of my wanted list, being a gadget gal and all. During the financing process, he kept us informed so that we weren't wondering what was going on. He was professional and personable. Not pushy but made sensible suggestions. It really was quite painless, in fact, pleasant working with him. I hope to buy any future cars from Shamarie.

Wow oh wow this place exceeded my expectations!! Where do I begin... service department is always friendly and I enjoy their complimentary coffee while I wait. The showroom is fun to browse all the newly released cars and the salesman are so nice they answer all my questions even though I’m just looking. I will be back to buy the Palisade I have my eye on.
