Check in was easy and quick. They identified a problem with my battery I didn't know I was having and replaced it per warranty. Service was completed ahead of promised time. The car was like new again. I couldn't happier.

Reviewed car options online initially. Selected two. When we arrived at the dealership both vehicles were pulled up in front and we were able to take our first choice out for a test drive right away. Joe was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all our questions. Hoping this is a vehicle we will enjoy.

Brian my advisor deserves five stars. He was very on top of it and very kind. What I did not care for which causes the four stars is the wait time was over an hour and a half with an appointment. It was also difficult to find a spot to park my Kona when I pulled in for service. There were cars all over the place and nowhere to really park.
Mel was amazing and very understanding. Took his time and never felt pressured. Family was feeling hungry and thirsty and made sure we were taken care of. We ended up with a great deal. Wonderful customer service.
