MY SALEMAN "ANTHONY" WAS VERY ACCOMODATING, HONEST, KIND, FORTHCOMING AND CONSIDERATE. BUT ONCE THE NEGOTIATION WAS OUT OF HIS HANDS IT WAS LIKE "BEING AT THE MERCY OF THE COURT" MR RICK WILLIAMS WAS SO KIND,; SO ACCOMODATING, SO INFORMATIVE SO HELPFUL. HE IS CERTAINLY "THE RIGHT MAN FOR THE RIGHT JOB". TO ME HE SHOULD BE THE FACE OF THE AGENCY BECAUSE HE SUCH A "PEOPLE PERSON."

Professional and understanding, staffs were friendly and supported. I would purchase another car from here again and would recommend friends and family to this location

On arrival all the salesmen at the door were very friendly. I told them that I was there specifically to see Johnny because I had set up an appointment. They took me to him right away. I did not have to wait long for Johnny to come out and greet me, which he did with a smile on his face and a hug. I told Johnny what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and he was able to find me a brand new car within my price range. He did not try to sell me a more expensive car, or try to persuade me to buy a bunch of other things I did not want as other dealerships had. The finance manager Jack was amazing as well. I was able to get the car that I wanted with a bunch of extra incentives which made the deal that much better. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market to buy a vehicle. My overall experience was great.

We knew what car we wanted and were thrilled to get the exact one we were looking for. I felt there was a lot of confusion and wasted time between our salesman and management. Our salesman was great but the finance guy seemed annoyed and didn't really feel like explaining things or was frustrated when I asked questions. When I asked him about the registration being included he responded, "Really, you are going to worry about that..." I guess I should have stuck to it but alas they had made us wait and wait. I feel bad for Brandon, our sales rep cause he did a great job and is very nice and polite. Another thing it felt like I was at a frat party with a bunch of middle aged men playing with a taser. Thank God the car is worth it. Rick the old guy that did the walk through was awesome too. Very thorough

Ive leased twice from hyndaui after having my hyndaui Elantra totaled after only having it for 18 months I decided to re lease with them again and I will probably lease or buy from them again. Love the service and got qareally good deal on a new 2016 love my car love the people here and centennial hyndaui!!!

Overall experience was good, I throughly read all the documents and had to send some back for editing. My husband and I were both really hungry, we mentioned that we would have lunch and come back, Nick brought us some food that the sales person had extras of. I thought that was very kind and thoughtful.

Shawn was very knowledgeable non pressuring and look out for my best interest. He was extremely patient and my best interest in mind I would highly recommend them to anybody that wants a great buying experience.

Great friendly service and not too overbearing. I will definitely think about choosing another Hyundai for my next new vehicle. I will recommend them to other car buyers.
