Went there to buy a new car. I got a great vehicle at a fair price. Got more than I expected for my 9 year old trade in, and got some more knocked off for being retired military. The people there were friendly, professional and took excellent care of me. I've already recommended them to friends.

Everything was great. Jordan is amazing, very knowledgeable and polite.
They were very quick for my 30K service. However, the tech forgot to reset my service reminder. I noticed this around 3:35pm on a Saturday. They told me to bring the car back to reset. That would have been tricky to do since I live a good half hour away and the service department closes at 4pm. Which meant I would have to take the time during the week to return to the dealer. I found out I could reset the reminder myself. Why didn’t the service advisor tell me this on the phone?

My experience with Centennial Hyundai was very pleasant. Sales and Finance personnel were very professional and great to deal with. In addition, I had my first service (scheduled maintenance) a couple days ago and the service department was very professional and they had me in and out in short order. My new Hyundai was in top shape.

I was having a terrible day because my battery died... First they told me my car won't be ready till the next morning, but the young gentleman, Chase helped me out and finished replacing new battery! Thank you SO MUCH, Chase. I really appreciate your help!!!
Went here to look at a 2019 Tuscon. The staff here was fairly gracious and they gave us a great deal on one and we drove one home yesterday. We did some negotiating but it didn't take too long to strike a deal. Our salesman was Max (internet manager). The finance guy was quick and easy to deal with. No hassles there. Love our new SUV. Next day I asked Max to get a price on a trunk cover. Never got back to me which was disappointing. I would've gave this place 5 stars of he would only follow through after the deal.
All in all a good experience here with no hassle. Plus we got 3 oil changes for free that's nice. I wouldn't mind going back here to get another vehicle. Max (internet manager) needs to work on his follow up skills though...not good.
