I bought my second Hyundai Santa Fe Sport last week. It was a very good experience. The sales staff treated me with respect and didn't try and talk me into anything I wasn't comfortable with. I will definitely recommend them to others for purchasing a car.

Amazing. I had Corey for my customer service technician today. He was extremely friendly, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed the entire time. My car was diagnosed quickly with exactly what was needed, with some additional recommendations to ensure my car was fully functional. Corey then went above and beyond to work with the manufacturer to get a goodwill warranty for the fixes quoted. They even washed my car so it looks brand new again! Corey was absolutely amazing, I won’t be taking my car anywhere else!

We were travelling through Vegas and developed car trouble. I called dealerships closer to our hotel but no one showed any concern for our situation and they only offered service two or three days later at best. Becky at Centennial however was wonderful. She immediately expressed concern that our vacation not be ruined and told me she would work me into the schedule. She did so and the problem was fixed right away. Becky was right there the whole time keeping me informed and involved. Great customer service and an excellent experience. Thank you Centennial Hyundai and Thank you Becky!

A lady ( Rachel )helped me last time and she was great and very helpful and professional.

Without an appointment for an oil change, I was out of there in a fair amount of time . I was able to get a list of issues that was wrong with my car which was appreciated . I would go back for service.

Jordan Blankmeyer (Service Advisor) and his team were excellent to work with. I was pleased with the quality/quantity/frequency of information they provided me while my vehicle was in for service. I most appreciate the fact that Jordan dealt with me honestly, and did not push for service on the car that wasn't needed. I will definitely return to Centennial Hyundai for any future service needs so long as I live in the local area.

I went in for a specific car I was able to find online. I met with Jesse, Mark, and Gilbert and their customer service was far beyond my expectation of "going to the dealership." I felt no pressure what so ever and those three went the extra mile to work with me and my situation. After all the paperwork was signed and the dealership closed, all three of them stuck around afterwards to teach me all the features of the car. They also set up a day where they could go into more detail on how the car works. It was definitely a great experience!

The sales staff I've worked with were professional and respectful. Even though I started out looking at a new vehicle, they were helpful looking at newer lease return vehicles. I appreciate their assistance in letting me understand all my options and letting me be in charge of the transaction. It was the experience that I want to have while car shopping.
