I'm giving a 4 star rating because this is the fastest my car has ever been ready from an oil change. But I would like to say that although I'm an easy going person I think one policy should change. I picked online to have a random representative handle my oil change. And it assigned me to a specific person. No big deal. When I arrived the guy who I was assigned to was handling another customer that had a lot going on with her car and she was a walk in. I was greeted by the main guy but was told since I was assigned to the other guy I had to wait to be written up by him. I waited about 15 minutes. I know things happen but when I click random, I would think whomever is available while I waited would be able to help me. I don't know if services are by commission or what but making a customer wait for a service is kind of ridiculous, especially when there's two of you not helping anyone else.
It was friendly and the car was just as described.
We leased our first Hyundai from this dealership last night and I have to say it was a pleasant experience. I would rather get a root canal than purchase a car from a dealership, however this place has changed that. I wont go into all the details but I cannot say one negative thing about our visit, they were completely professional and even took time to make it fun for my 16 yr old daughter who we got the car for, this is her first car and the guy went over everything with her as if she was an adult. We were out of there start to finish in about 2 hours and this included test driving the Sonata and the Elantra. The deal we were given was completely transparent and fair. They even scheduled our leased car to have the windows tinted free of charge. Nice job guys, please keep doing what your doing!

For me to give a car dealership 5 stars is huge. I work in the customer service industry so I expect top-quality service everywhere I go and it's pretty hard for most places to live up to my standards. Centennial Hyundai, however, did not disappoint!! After a terrible experience at another dealership, my husband and I walked into CH cranky and wary. We were greeted at the doors versus the salesmen pouncing on us the second we stepped outside of our vehicle which was a nice change. Our salesman, Amos, was very professional and friendly and left a good impression right off the bat. I should also mention we have a 1 year old daughter who loves to explore so we were very impressed when Amos paid special attention to our little and even went as far as to get her some fresh snacks to munch on. We explained our situation, parameters of the vehicle we were looking for, and Amos got us taken care within 3 hours, from the moment we walked in to the time we drove away with our new Elantra. This was impressive considering we had spent 3 weeks going back and forth with the previous dealership we'd worked with! He was the best car salesman either of us have ever worked with and I would recommend him to my closest friends and family. Went car shopping on New Year's Eve and found my beloved 2013 Hyundai Veloster turbo. Had been to 4-5 other dealerships that day but so glad I ended up at Centennial. Was greeted by my salesman Charles, he was so helpful and knowledgeable. Had been looking for something full size but when I saw and drove the Veloster I fell in love! Heated leather seats! I previously owned a Chrysler 300 but my Veloster is real luxury. Hyundai has succeeded my expectations and the warranty is amazing! During the purchasing process I felt like Charles was looking out for my best interest and helped keep me within my budget with the car I wanted and no pressure. The financing guy also did what he had to so it would work for me. Overall very pleased with my experience at Centennial Hyundai. Would highly recommend asking for Charles. It has been over a year since I purchased my car and me and my boyfriend still get separate cards from Charles for birthdays AND Christmas. He's awesome!
I had taken my car into the Sahara Hyundai dealership and had a horrible experience they made me sit for an hour then would not give me a rental car even though I knew I had rental coverage they just seem like they did not want to take the time for anything like they did not care so finally after two days and them breaking a part on my car I thought my car was fixed well two months later it was not fixed and the same situation occurred I had to take it back I did not want to take it back to that same place so I took it over to centennial Hyandai and let me tell you these guys made me laugh the whole time they completely cared my new favorite person at Hyandai is Jeff Davies him and all the other guys at the front were so helpful they made me laugh the whole time I was there Jeff was so helpful he called three times throughout the day to let me know the status of my vehicle he was just so helpful and caring It was such a great experience I'll never go to another dealership besides this one especially after the experience I had had prior
Went into Centennial Hyundai with my friend because she was looking to purchase a new car. We were fortunate enough to be greeted by Charles. Charles showed us many cars and was careful to stay within our budget. He also was very honest with us about the cars. My friend found a great car within her price range and it was a bargain. And even though I wasn't shopping for a car at the time, I actually ended up buying a new car from Charles and Curtis (also very helpful) a few day later because I was able to get such a good price.

I arrived on a Saturday about 10am Florencio Pulled the Elantra Coupe my wife and I were interested in up front for a test drive, when we got back I told him what type of payment monthly I wanted and by 12:30 we were driving off the lot with our Elantra. I purchased my car from this location a couple years ago and was not particularly happy with the experience, so I have since gone to other dealerships for oil changes and tune ups. However, I decided to give this location an other try. I brought my car in with several minor concerns. I was able to get it serviced the same afternoon, which was the first plus. Second, Augustine was so patient and polite in listening to all my neurotic ideas of how my car is going to fall apart on me any moment. He recommended a couple of things and just his attentiveness put my mind at ease. All-in-all, his service won my patronage back to Centennial Hyundai. I would recommend asking for him next time you go in! The reason it gets a 4 star is because it is very far off the beaten path and because while I was there, it seemed that the mechanics were not paying attention to who was waiting for their car and who was just hanging out.

We stopped in while shopping for my son's first vehicle. He had a specific kind he was looking for; small truck, ext cab, V4 or V6, auto trans, nice radio, etc. Even though they didn't happen to have anything on the lot that fit the bill, our salesperson, Charles Slaughter, was SUCH a nice guy! No pressure at all!

After researching for 3 months and talking with Jesse Edwards via email and phone, I elected to purchase the used Hummer they had on their website. Was shopping for a Sonata Hybrid, went here first, nice salesperson, very little pressure. Had the car up front, let him know I was just starting to look, ended up buying the same car I saw first a week later.

I do not particularly care for salesmen in general, but if there were more like Rick Walker, salesmen probably wouldn't get such a bad name. Unfortunately I had to look for another car, as mine was totalled in a car accident. I happen to be in my bank; "Wells Fargo", off of Rancho Drive, and asked if anyone knew of a good place to start looking for a new vehicle. The bank manager, Mrs. Walker and her fellow co-worker; Riko,recommended Rick Walker at "Centennial Hyundai". I was not looking for a particular car, I just wanted a nice one, with a good... price tag along with it. I was not looking for a Hyundai at all, but once I got there, and asked for Rick Walker, who came out immediately, introduced me to a few models of Hyundai's. I liked the "Sonata" right away, it was actually on the showroom floor. Last '2013 Hyundai "Sonata" in the nice silver color I liked, as the new '2014 Hyundai's were coming in. I liked the Hyundai "Sonata" special edition, but after debating it for awhile, I decided to check out the regular Hyundai "Sonata". More in my price range. Mr. Walker is a very kind man, older gentleman, and I mean gentleman, with gray hair, and because of his handicap walked a little slower, but not much. I explained what I was looking for, and what I would like, at the price I wanted to spend. I am also handicapped so I did not want to go looking all over town for a nice car. I saw the nice car on their showroom floor. After several hours of wheeling and dealing, and about a case of free water, I got the deal I could not pass up. Mr. Walker went out of his way to get me the price I was looking for, for the car I wanted. He was such a great man I stayed to listen to what he could offer me, and it had to be a great deal or I was out of there. I got the best deal I could have possibly even thought I could get. Better than I ever expected. I did buy the car from Rick Walker, and I do not think any other salesman could have done what he had done for me. We honestly went in for a recall on my car. While we waited we looked at the new cars in the showroom. We liked the Hyndai Elantra and with all the great features and the price we turned in our car for a new one. Rick was the best! Very professional, friendly and very helpful.
