Bryan has been our service advisor at Centennial Hyundai as far back as I can remember going to the dealership. Although our two cars are 10 and 8 years old and require repairs in addition to the routine maintenance from time to time, Bryan takes the time to explain what needs to be done. My wife and I are retired and Brian does his best to make the financial impact as painless as possible by spreading out the service appointments between our two cars. Although we have been considering trading in our two cars for a new one, I am reluctant to buy anything but a Hyundai, primarily because of Bryan and the service department at Centennial. So for the time being and as long as Bryan is at the dealership we will be bringing in our 2008 Santa Fe Limited and 2011 Sonata Limited Turbo for scheduled maintenance.
Overall by far this was the beat and easiest experience I have had buying a new car.. the salesman Joe did what he promised .. I went from being defensive to very satisfied with my experience!!

I'm very disappointed in the service I got yesterday. My husband took my car to get service yesterday and they did put the tires at 40psi they left them at 36psi and they washed and left it poorly they never clean or vacuum inside at all. I don't live close by it is a drive out there and I work Monday to Saturday. Now I have to go back again. Next time ill just call the service manager (Corey) his awesome and he takes care of everything I tell him. As for when I purchase the car Nick was my sales guy and only lie to me about getting little details done after 30 days. I got the car 9/2017 brand new car. But since it was dark I didn't noticed it had scratches on the side doors and chip paint… More

Upon arriving at the dealership he drove the car down the ramps for a test drive. I fell in love with the car and we went to talk numbers. He and supervision were very flexible and definately wanted to get me the best deal. After easy paperwork and signatures with Niko, the car was washed and prepped for take home. This review is based on my father's experience with Centennial Hyundai. He purchased a new vehicle recently from them. This would've been a 5 star review if they would've agreed to the deal on Saturday rather than calling him 4 days later and agreeing to said deal then. Other than that, everything was great. He was very impressed with Alex Wu's customer service, straight-forwardness, and product knowledge, which seems to be lacking at a lot of dealerships lately. Can't comment on the service department as he hasnt had any experience with them yet, but the sales department, specifically Alex Wu, is really good.
