The car industry sales environment seems to have been taken over by Pirates. In an industry that seems to be dominated by Slick Willy types with tattoos everywhere, Pontus was a breath of fresh air. I enjoy dealing with a well-rounded professional and I consider Pontus to be the best of the best and I would definitely work with him again. In fact the reason I would buy from this dealership again is only because of the way I was treated by Pontus.
Centennial Hyundai is the only place I go to have my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport serviced. I always schedule routine maintainence online. The online scheduling is the easiest and only way to go. I have always asked for Brian Zasloff as my service writer. Brian is always cheerful, efficient and very businesslike. The service department always does the best job taking care of my Hyundai. I look forward to my next service appointment.

i recently took our 2014 elantra gt in for some service help. now, here's the thing. i live in henderson. so why did i drive just shy of 100 mile round trip to have this done when i live less than 5 miles from henderson hyundai. the answer is so simple. it's because centennial hyundai has the best service department and service writers, period!! especially a huge shout out to rachel. this beautiful, friendly, "happy to be working" young lady that i got lucky enough to get helped by. she treated me so kindly and was very, very, helpful. at the end of the day, after 35 years here in clark county, and buying 5 hyundai vehicles, none of the other service departments in this city can touch their work, kindness, and promptness.

Always friendly great service! Wait for an oil change was too long I think. Appointment was at 715am and I was as checked out by 845. That’s an hour an 45 min. Try to get oil change appointments out a lil faster in my opinion.

When i made my reservation for service hey had me on the phone for a long time on hold and off on hold and off...I asked for a specific date and it was confirmed....when the follow up email came it was the wrong date and I had to call back and change it.

My only complaint is that their site for scheduling service needs to be worked on, it would not complete my request if I requested the service writer I wanted.
Good thing it wasn’t the alternator and that what was wrong with the car was replicated in their shop so they knew exactly what it was instead of everyone guessing. Was fixed and washed and is now ready for summer heat!
