Fast, efficient service. Went to another repair shop and they wanted 1200.00 to replace a part. Here I was told no need to replace. Car was fixed for under 200.00

My husband and I were helping a young relative in the area, who was having problems with her Elantra. She took it into Centennial, where Jordan became her service advisor. It was an odd problem that had not been seen at this particular dealership before, so reproducing and diagnosing the issue was difficult. Jordan was outstanding however, in that he kept communicating with us all the way in Arizona, keeping us updated on the status of the car. Our young relative was given a loaner in the meantime, seeing as she needs her car for work. It took a week to resolve the issue, but resolve it Centennial did, at which point we were promptly notified. My husband and I have yet to set foot in this particular dealership to meet Jordan, but we can say that from afar, the impression was favorable and the attitude professional. The quote to fix the problem never changed, so there were no surprises in the end where the costs were concerned. We were very pleased with the service we received, and would recommend that our young relative use this dealership's service department again in the future, not only when mechanical breakdowns arise, but also for any preventative maintenance her car will need.

Didn't have to use detective skills to get clean service. Much better experience than at ABC Hyundai. Will do service again going forward.
First of all I'm glad the salesmen weren't there in front like vultures. That was easy very unprofessional to me. There's a difference between being available and stalking the customer. I hope you dont revisit that type of sales technique for your location. My visit most recently went very smooth. Corey handled everything for me! He even called me back and told me that I had a nail in my tire and that they could remedy it for me. Awesome! When the vehicle was ready he promptly called me, which did not happen last time because they misplaced my key and didnt call me a for almost the whole day. Corey was attentive and detail oriented. I also had a great experience with the gentleman that I payed my bill with but I didnt catch his name. Overall, this was the best experience I've had in nearly 3 years of coming here. It has been terrible in the past but it seems as if they are truly working on their customer service. I have to renew my lease soon and I just hope i dont have to deal with the finance guy from New York. I hope they have better finance people this time around. L
The service technician Jordan was on time and very helpful. He informed me about the needed servicing and what everything would involve and the cost. All went well and was completed on time as predicted.
