There were a few bumps with getting the part for my car but once the process got moving it took off. The people did all they could from start to finish. Trying to find deals and work with my schedule as much as possible.
Would recommend this dealer to everyone even though my appointment was scheduled on 7/28 For 8/1 by the woman that answered the phone and when I arrived they didn’t have an appointment scheduled and it was rescheduled for 8/4.

I needed an alternator, which was done. Had to wait for the part, but Bryan Z helped get a rental. This helped as it took longer than anticipated for the part.

They honored my appointment time and were very courteous and helpful. She reviewed my maintenance history and recommended what was needed. She also addressed a recent defect in the inside trunk latch opener.

We went to several other dealerships and were pressured -- one of them in particular being Volkswagen. ( If you go there, take a spare key , because they keep your keys while they high pressure you and jerk you around while you sit there for 45 minutes. Also are very rude when you ask for your keys)........ Finally we went to Centennial Hyundai....A world of difference!!!! Just wanted to help us find the right car, and they did!!!! Diego, Mark, Nikko and Rick all treated us with respect and answered all of our questions----NO PRESSURE....we bought a Veloster and are totally satisfied with the staff and the car,
My only complaint is it takes a while for an oil change which can be a bit frustrating but understandable. Everyone is extremely friendly and honest who I have encountered.

I always use Centennial Hyundai for my Elantra's servicing. Yesterday was the first oil change and tire rotation for my car. They were estimating a two hour wait, but they finished in an hour. As always, customer service is #1 at Centennial Hyundai. Brian was my service manager yesterday and he couldn't have provided better service. Totally professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Best experience I have had in 4 years. Not usually a fan of getting services done here. But it was pleasant for the first time.
I didn't have an appointment because it's fully booked till Monday but Becky took me in but she didn't provide the time when it's going to be done but texted me after few hours that it will be done by 4:30. I appreciate a lot because I was ready to go to another place. Nice job Becky.

Mel was my sales man and he is by far the friendliest and funniest salesman I've worked with. He helped me get a great and made sure everything was perfect about my car.
What I admired most was that she didnt pressure me,and was not overly aggressive as I dwelt with from a planet Nissan sales rep.

Courtney was a wonderful sales lady. She didn't pressure me, she listened to what I wanted. Brought the bat mobile up front, Robin and I flew off. Oh, and yes the deal was nice as well. The bat mobile speaks for itself, solid ten, with solid ten coverage.

This was our second time purchasing a vehicle from Centennial Hyundai. We originally bought my mom a Hyundai Elantra in 2014 and we just purchased a Hyundai Sonata for our son. Although the staff had changed from what I remember, the level of customer service remained consistent. Price is the main driving factor BUT how you make people feel will determine if they will be repeat customers. We again had a very positive experience with the entire Centennial team. I called a few months back looking for a preowned vehicle with low mileage. Nick Taylor regularly followed up with me for a few months before we finally came in to purchase. Everyone we encountered were professional and friendly including Andre from Sales, Niko in Financing and the General Manager Nickolas. The best part of the experience for me was how the staff treated my son. This was the first time he was at a car dealership and experienced the car buying process. I really appreciated that everyone congratulated him and was just as excited for him as we were. All around this was a seemless buying process and would recommend Centennial to anyone looking to purchase a car. Thank you Centennial Hyundai, Great job!

Even though the other vehicle was "new" (only 20k miles) it was just not what I wanted, didn't drive the way I expected or and I was totally unhappy. Mel (sales guy) made sure they would be able to help me first before getting my hopes up that I could drive away in one of the awesome Hyundai Santa Fe's. They were able to get me out of my other vehicle and in to a vehicle I LOVE. Between Mel, Gilbert (in finance) and Nick Taylor ...Such a good experience and I couldn't be happier!! I 100% recommend Centennial Hyundai and everyone here!
