The latch lock on my Tuscan broke. I never dreamed that bumper-to-bumper meant bumper-to-bumper. I called to find out the cost and was connected to Becky who informed me it was under warranty. Seriously? A door latch was under warranty? I made an appointment. Becky took me the minute I walked in the door and took control of the process and had me out the door in the time estimated with no charge. I’m a Hyundai fan. I’ll never buy another brand. Best car service ever.

Went in to get my vehicle serviced after driving cross country from Tennessee. I have a leased vehicle and purchased the service package which allows me to not pay for my oil change and tire rotations. In the past I purchase an Elantra from CH and had great service.Since I have not been there with the new car( Tucson) Becky had to verify the plan and have them pay for the service before they could process. I told Becky that I was pregnant and couldn’t wait for the service to be completed and need to get home to rest. She was able to get me him and drove me herself while everything was taken care of. Becky was the best!

Got an accent here. I’m on 30k mile now. The sales man was so so. His floor manager didn’t want to honor the deal my salesman and I shaked hands on. I even had rung the gong till they made me stop. Long story short, hold your ground and don’t let them hold points if you have good credit everything there is negotiable even warranties.

Initially I was not to happy about taking the drive from Henderson to Centennial but after speaking with multiple sales guys from various dealerships, this was my first and last stop. As a single woman I generally am weary of car lots but Brian did a great job at alleviating all my stress! Although my credit isn't the best Brian and the finance manager were able to get me in my first new car. God bless you all

From the purchase to the service team, my experience is always pleasant here. Max sold me AND my parents on a new Hyundai Santa Fe. Along with my neighbors too! Dang! 3 sales in one week lol! My battery went out today and I struggled to figure out what to do with my 13 month old daughter in the backseat. Jordan in the service department was such an enormous help. He had someone drive from the dealership to my house, to jump my car so that I could bring it in. He got me in and out of there super quick too. Not to mention, he's easy on the eyes ?. Definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know. Thanks for everything, guys!
