We were well taken care of, we saw the vehicle we wanted and they made it happen, compared to other dealerships we have been to our experience and expectations were well met, I would encourage anyone looking for a new Hyundai to go there.

I called and talked to Steve and told him I needed to replace the brake pedal stop pad on my 2005 Hyundai. I saw the pads on the internet and told him I really wanted to find one today so I could drive my car. I got there and I had the broken part for him to look at and at first Steve said he could not find it but he did give up his search and finally found the part. I pad $1 for the part and my neighbor installed and my car is repaired. Thank you Steve for not giving up the search. Cheryl O

The transaction could have been better. The person I spoke with on the phone wasn't there when I visited. The car I specifically wanted was sold the day before but wasn't explained to me. I only found out it was different when I saw the packaging of my manual. It had a different stock number on it. I also has to return on a different day to have my car 'delivered'. I know it was pretty late in the day, but I think they should have someone til closing to do delivery. My sales person said that the delivery person will pair my phone when I come back. There was no way I will wait four days to have my phone paired. I basically "delivered" my car to me. I paired my phone, read the manuals, activated my blue link, set up my Sirius XM, looked at the manual to find out the function of the buttons, etc. Also, when the car was being delivered to me, the gal dog eared pages of my manual. That's a big no no to do on books. I used sticky flags to mark my pages. After the deal was being processed, I remembered that the deal for that week included free registration, up to $400 dollars. They wouldn't honor it and was told that I should've mentioned it at the beginning. And that with all the discounts they gave me, i should not have expected it. Basically telling me that people show up because of the ads. That wasn't my intention. As if they're telling me that $400 would have been considered as part of my deal. That I would not be getting $400 discount if I mentioned the free registration. That was disappointing.
