Why I'm given 5 stars rating? Because Centennial Hyundai location is awesome place to shop and service too. My husband and I came in to this location to do a trade in. We thought it going to be a headache. But our sale rep, name Joseph Jacoby. He make us feel at ease from beginning to the end. He went above and beyond to help us complete our purchase. We've a great experience!!

Joe Jacoby was a total professional from the first handshake. Asked the right qualifying questions, presented the product based on our needs, then proceeded to wrap up the sale.Never did he come off as a aggressive, pushy salesperson. Kudos to Ricky Walker for explaining the features of the vehicle as well. Overall, a satisfying experience.

Alex was extremely helpful. Very pleasant & very friendly employee He really knew all about the cars. His instructions & knowledge was very easily followed. I really can't say much more about him except he was really great. Thank You for having such great employee.

We have been a loyal customer for over ten years. Brought our 2016 Elantra in for the bigger maintenance/ inspection etc. we had one window wiper that was basically dry rot (we live in the desert). They didn't notice it and if they did I think it should be replaced at no charge. They don't cost much. If they would of done that I would of given them 5 stars.

My experience at Centennial Hyundai was exceptional! Alex & Daniel worked within my budget & got me in the car I wanted! I truly appreciate the no pressure salesman as that stopped me from purchasing from another dealership. Thanks Alex & Daniel for making the experience AMAZING! I love my 2018 Sonata!

centennial Hyundai of Las Vegas was a very friendly, helpful car dealership. My sales lady was very informative on all the cars. At centennial Hyundai they got me approved when every other dealership said there was no chance on getting approved unless I put down at least $4,000. Thank you Courtney and Centennial Hyundai for getting me approved.

Two recalls and a warranty problem (evap can) corrected in half a day. Wow! Now if you guys wouldn't mind, the DMV really needs your help.

This was my first time to this dealership. I needed an oil change and thought there may be a leak. Sure enough there was a leak and the service department is working to get it covered under warranty. Loved the 3 oil change special. Also, met with a new car salesman when I was there and now contemplating a new car purchase also.

The oil change special also included an air filter -- nice touch. They also gave my car a free wash too. The customer service reps were fast and very thorough giving me options for add-ons without being pushy at all. And, all of this came earlier than my reservation and within 45 minutes too. Great job. Makes me look forward to the next service.

It was easy to schedule my service morning appointment online at a time that worked well with my business schedule. The scheduled maintenance item was performed in a timely manner with a much-needed wash to my Sonata's exterior. I never have a problem when it comes to serving my car at Centennial Hyundai!

I was blown away with the level of service provided to me at Centennial Hyundai. The staff did everything within their power to make sure I left in the vehicle I wanted. The most delightful car buying experience I've had. Wonderful. All other dealerships are obsolete and must be DELETED!
