Your finance guy was also professional and made the buying experience awesome. Thank you. The one person who I did not enjoy was Mark sorry but he really made the experience bad. If it were not for the overall experience we had I would not have been your customer. Thank you for Sean Allen talking us into staying. I have to say again Rick Walker the gentleman who showed us the car inside and out is the man his professionalism was remarkable and made my wife very comfortable with our purchase. We will be back. I been a customer for over 23 years and while I don't recommend the Sahara location I do however highly recommend Centenial Hyundai we visited yesterday to trade our 13 for a 17 Elantra and the first person to greet us was Matt I believe a tall very skinny young 23 yr old blond short hair only been there for 2 weeks He and the rest of the gents are amazing they treat people like a customer not a number Again if you go tell them Ryan Hernandez sent you and tell then to give you my discount ????

Jimmy D. the floor manager was exceptional! He was very straightforward and extremely helpful. Tony in Finance went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal possible. Best car buying experience I've ever had. I even got to ring the gong.

This time around, I broke all my rules and bought a brand new car, same day. Why? The staff here is just, well, honest. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They listened to my needs, my budget. And they made it work. Also, being a woman, I often get treated differently in these situations. I visited another dealership prior to Centennial and they were awful! The salesman said 'with all the money you save, think of all the purses and shoes you can buy'...treated me like an airhead. At Centennial, Efraim treated me like family and seemed to genuinely care. He was easy to talk to and not once did I feel pressure. The dealership manager was also amazing. He worked hard to earn my business without coming off too salesy. He was really easy to talk to. And Robert in financing was so nice I started to feel bad! You can tell he cares about his job and also the customers. He's a big reason I think I'll be coming back to Hyundai for our next car purchase. Overall, A+. Thanks guys!
