It was a great customer experience Rachel was very helpful with my questions.

I come here for my oil changes. Considering how busy it can get, they're quite efficient at getting you back on the road quickly. And, the staff is always friendly which is definitely appreciated.

Bryan is my service agent and he is the best. I have known him since the 80's when we both were at Falconi's Honda.

As always, excellent service

Bryan helped me when I brought my car in. The new battery cost more than I could afford on disability. He helped to give me free installation. When I had trouble with the car not starting I went back and Bryan helped me again. It was something else. He told me not to worry it was under warranty. He explained it all and had it fixed for me. FREE!!! Thank you Bryan for being there twice for me.

I went in to the service dept. the other day, to book a service appointment for my wife's car..... everything was pleasant for the most part.... there was one booking person who was difficult to deal with, but I had the name of another person and he went above and beyond, and was VERY helpful and answered all of my questions and put my mind at rest for our service issue.... the shop looked very well maintained (this is important)..... I will write another review when the car has had it's work done..... I'm a mechanic, but sometimes you have to resort to the dealer to get Hyundai parts and to complete the job quickly and correctly with (hopefully) well trained mechanics.... as my time is rather limited this month and her car needs it's maintenance as she uses it constantly and depends on it..... (I will follow -up with an after review)

The service department is very friendly and the process is very efficient.

Making appointments online is easy. I always request Bryan as my technician. I believe he's trustworthy and doesn't try to sell things or push service on me that it isn't needed. He does, however, take time to explain the intricacies of any problems my vehicle may have. If the cost is going to be high, he suggests what I should do first, as far as safety goes. He always acknowledges me if he's with another customer when I arrive. He's the best!
