From the moment James (my boyfriend) initially met with Courtney Conway through to Courtney negotiating the deal that would allow us to finally regain some independence from a transportation point of view, Courtney was nothing short of absolutely fabulous. Recently bought a used car from this place it's ok deal. But they gave me a hard time about a tail light I wanted replaced. They did not clean the car very well. I know it's used and it had just came in but still there should be a level of respect to new customers. I went to centennial Toyota first which they were worse! My advise is to go to Auto Nation as they have customer satisfaction surveys that they have to get a good grade on or they don't get the commission. I am assuming if I bought a brand new car I would get better service. The sales guy was nice but the finance and manager had attitudes.

Joe Jacoby is a great asset to this dealership! He listened and delivered! Though I gave him a hard time during this process (I knew just what I could spend) he was very compassionate to my financial situation and was very professional throughout. His sales manager Jack was also extremely helpful. With both if them, I was able to drive out if there with my new car!

Went to several dealerships in one day, but this dealership was the best. They had great cars, with fabulous warranties. But they also has salesmen and managers willing to work with you and even let us take a car off the lot while we decided what we wanted to do!

I went in to just test drive to see which out of the Tucson or Santa Fe sport I preferred. And Joe met us and was very nice and helpful. I still feel I was not given the full value for my trade in but I will use this as a learning moment.
