Let's start with...... I've never purchased a used car before, I have purchased plenty of new cars though.
I bought a car yesterday (Monday) afternoon and was told that my car would be ready either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. I had to call this afternoon to get an update and my car is not ready yet. I would appreciate more communication since I am Ubering around until the car is ready. I don't want to Uber home and then get a call that I can pick my car up.
3 stars right now because I am highly satisfied with my salesman. I will update my post and rating after my complete experience.

My experience with Centennial Hyundai was very pleasant. Sales and Finance personnel were very professional and great to deal with. In addition, I had my first service (scheduled maintenance) a couple days ago and the service department was very professional and they had me in and out in short order. My new Hyundai was in top shape.

Customer service is outstanding in all the departments I have experienced. Unfortunately with the so-called pandemic you really can’t socialize at this time as easily with the many friends you have made over the years. Their service doesn’t suffer and they have gone out of their way to keep customers safe.

Getting a 45,000 mile service on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited went very well, and everything was done well, as far as I can tell. The price quoted was what I paid, and I was informed of any additional service needed and the cost of such. All in all, the car was ready as promised, and the service writer, Bryan, with whom I have dealt from the time we purchased the vehicle was his usual efficient and accomodating self, which made it very easy to have the service done.
