My experience was quick and easy. Dave listened to my request and found a vehicle that fit my need. He was able to turn the vehicle around fast to accommodate my son's trip back to Reno. The vehicle was purchased on Friday and through Dave's efforts, we were able to pick the vehicle up on Saturday. Thanks to Dave, the experience was painless.

Centennial Hyundai was not yet built when I purchased my last Sonata, however, I have taken my Sonata there for repairs since they were built because of the professional, courteous, honest treatment received by Bryan Zasloff.

Had problem with the locking/unlocking mechanism in the driver's door. I combined repair with an oil change. Service advised me the work may take most of the day would I like a ride someplace. I decided to wait. I hadn't waited long before my service adviser came to the wait room and told me they quickly found the problem, had the part and it "won't be much longer". Keeping me informed is a plus - plus +. Thank you . Car delivered, total time less than 2 hours. (everything is working fine) Thanks for the efficiency and cup of coffee.

That was an easy transaction. Drove off in my new SONATA. I had a 2015 Sonata. Loved that one This one is too amazing. Sooo many new things on this Sonata. Haven’t learned them all yet. This is only the second time in my 80 years I have purchased a vehicle all on my own. I did it myself !!!!!!!

It was very bad experience due to they don’t listen to you and what you want, the salesperson who was working with me was arrogant and not willing to help you. I had only one feeling in that moment just go away as quickly as possible! But with ”Centennial Hyundai” I had a very Positive experience. They listened to me without any ‘interruptions’ and sales ‘pushings’. They were willing to help and satisfy my needs regarding my car requirements and wantings! Especially I liked the guy Mel Balane, he was my salesperson. Who was very ‘Attentive’, ‘Tactful’ and ‘Proffesional Salesperson’, who can ‘listen to you and doing his Best’! Thank you Mel and Thank you Centenial Hyundai for doing Great Job!!!

Top notch care and focus. My only complaint is the car wash service. I've had my vehicle serviced two weeks apart and had it washed both times only to find the same spot of bird poop between the driver and back window, white poop against a black background. My wife was waiting for valet to bring the car around. She hopped in and drove the car home and told me about them missing the spot again. I told her that was something Jordan needed to know as he is pretty good about taking care of attention to detail.

My husband and I just bought a Hyundai there I mostly want to recommend Courtney she was such a sweet girl and strong business woman she guide as through all the process with her beautiful smile and also she is very smart and very profesional and even that we could pay and come back the following day to pick up the car cause we didn’t have our trade car with us she followed us to the other side of town made sure we took everything from the old car made sure we have everything in order plates and everything else and took the car back with her and we enjoyed that same night our new car. I had the privilege of working with Mel who was not only extremely friendly, but super helpful! He helped us with our trade-in and also helped us find a car that fits our needs. He even bought us dinner since we were here for a bit getting all the paperwork completed. I would definitely recommend coming to see Mel if you are looking to upgrade or just find something new.
