I always feel welcomed at Centennial Hyundai. I got an oil change recently, first time since Covid, and I was happy to see that the Hyundai staff are ensuring social distancing and maintaining a safe environment. Lisa is my girl! She usually takes care of me at the Hyundai dealership near my office. So I was super happy to see her at Centennial. She always takes good care of me!

Bought my car here in 2019, Hyundai Centennial always gives the best car service! Every visit I go to, my car always has a free car wash along some complimentary coffee and water! This place has a clean waiting room with tv to keep customers occupied. Thank you Hyundai Centennial for taking car and giving me the best service!

I came in just to browse and i was helped by wonderful short man named Max. He was friendly and knowledgeable! He entertained my husband and child while i was looking but he also was able to tell me anything i needed to know!  He was able to sell us a great family car for our newborn! Will definitely come back!

Great customer service

This was our first interaction with this dealer and we were impressed. The appointment was easy to make online. We checked in with Lisa and were treated well the whole time. Lisa kept us informed at every step and filed the warranty claim for us. This was the second time in a week that we dealt with a dealership for repairs and Hyundai greatly surpassed the other dealership in customer service. We will definitely be returning to Centennial Hyundai for all future service needs on this car.

Was able to test drive several cars, because of covid restrictions I was able to take them for a spin without having a chaperone which was nice. Berry and his team tried to make the experience as normal as possible. Took longer to get the car gassed up and cleaned then signing for the car itself. Overall it was a great experience, thank you Berry and Team :)

I have now purchased 3 cars from Centennial Hyundai. I had the pleasure of buying my 2nd and 3rd cars from them this past weekend. I couldn't believe it, my husband and I were able to get two 2020 SUVs at 0% interest for the entirety of the loans! Moses was amazing! Got us both into exactly what my husband and I wanted with 0 hassle! Who knew going in for an oil change would have ended with me getting my amazing 2020 Limited Hyundai Santa Fe . Go see Moses!!! You've got to!

My husband and I have officially purchased 2 Hyundai Santa Fe's from this location. We bought a 2006 Hyundai Sante Fe in 2013 when this was known as Planet Hyundai, and we just purchased our 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe here last month with Shamarie. A thing to note is that we live in San Diego, and found a specific vehicle we wanted and the closest location where they had it in stock was here. Shamarie contacted me immediately after I requested information through the Costco Auto-Program, and after a day or 2 of back and forth negotiation we agreed on a price. Due to us traveling there and purchasing during COVID, things were a little challenging but by the time we got there the vehicle was ready for us to inspect, test drive and buy. We already had our financing ready, and there wasn't any back and forth to try and up-sell us on anything else. Overall a seamless experience with buying a car, and I appreciate Shamarie and all his efforts. Thanks again!

the autoguard warranty extension was offered for $5.00 per month but no mention of the $2199.00 additional cost. I feel we were misled and we subsequently cancelled the Autoguard warranty. Gilbert helped me to cancel but only replied to email on the contract. I used another email and he did not reply.

They were courteous to my wife and myself a little slow to deliver the car. Overall of the many car’s I’ve purchased I’d rate this purchase a 7.
