I loved Chazz and Jimmy and Taylor. The dealership was excellent. The customer service was excellent. The only problem was tech the finance guy. He should be fired. I will come back.

We were not planning on purchasing a vehicle the day we walked into Centennial Hyundai. We were just stopping to look, we had an event to go to and had a limited amount of time. Joe was very helpful they were able to process the paperwork quickly and Rick was able to set up my phone and go over the features.

Great customer service. The follow up was amazing. Lawrence was helpful and stay with me and talked me through the process. He answered all questions. Took me to drop off the vehicle I was driving and brought me back to the Dealership to finish the process.

Poor experience overall. A few staff members tried to make it right, but only delivered 3 empty promises. The negotiating process from start to delivery was 4 hours long and the financing part was rushed and unprofessional.

Everyone we dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. They spent time with us and answered our questions well. Very satisfied with my Tucson and would buy Hyundai again.
