From Chris Rooney to Gabe Cuhna to Joe Rodriguez to Ricky Walker, each had something to add to the experience. Chris really knows his stuff, he knows about all of the features of the cars and helped me make a decision that was best for my needs. Gabe was always there to answer any finance questions I had and always made me smile. Joe was the paper guy. He explained the contract to me and let me know about my options for protecting my vehicle. Ricky was the tech guy. He got me set up with Bluelink with a smile. All were such a pleasure to work with. I really think I will only buy from this dealership going forward. It is hard to find a dealership where you are not pressured, and have staff that are so friendly and accommodating. This one is a diamond in the rough for sure!!

Centennial Hyundai was the fourth car dealership i visited on that Monday and it was obvious that the first three of them did not want to spend enough time with me to see if i am going to buy a car, after all i am spending $30,000 so i am going to take a little extra time to know what i am getting my self into and that is why I end up buying it from Centennial Hyundai cause Mark and Anthony took that time to make sure that i am sure about what i am getting. I had an appointment with the internet sales manager, Nigel and was greeted at the dealership by Chelsea and the Lawrence, the salesman that was very cordial with answering my questions right at the door. He never left us throughout the deal and was instrumental in keeping us comfortable through the extend time at the shop.

Everyone was very nice. Only issue was trade in price. Not good a lot of back & forth. That took up much of the time. Car had loose molding on sides that was spotted in taking posession of car. Was noted by Rick. Returned to dealership a week later to get fix. All is good now,

Jack Kesler was a good, honest, and competent car salesman. He originally got me an 0.9% interest rate but then called me to tell me he got an even lower interest rate (zero percent!). So, overall a good experience. I would recommend him and the dealership to others.

The entire staff was very professional and helpful. The entire process lasted about four hours. Most of that time was spent acquiring our requested vehicle from another dealership which we ended up not purchasing.
