A HUGE shoutout to JERRY.... an extraordinary mechanic who took the time to explain what he had to do to my car to make it work for me and above all, safer. I would do anything he suggested k do to my car. What an asset to the team! He deserves my homemade chocolate chip cookies at my next visit.

Purchased a 2020 Santa Fe from Centennial Hyundai and had an excellent experience with Car Dealer Mel. I would highly recommend using/dealing with Him. It was a a good and smooth experience getting a new car here and would highly recommend them.

Just bought a 2020 Hyundai Palisade and everyone was very nice and did not pressure us. We initially had spoken with Nick in Internet sales and let him know that we were looking for a white limited Palisade, and he called us as soon as I've reached the lot. It wasn't even off the truck yet when he called. Nick had gone home for the day by the time we were able to get by. So Christian helped us out. He was very nice and answered all of our questions about the car. We also dealt with the sales manager, Mark, when negotiating the price. He was very courteous and did not pressure us. Unfortunately the limited Palisade is such a hot car right now that we still paid over MSRP, but that's just a result of supply and demand.

My husband uses Toyota for his service And every time he has an appointment we comment on how much we prefer Hyundai service. Service appts are easy today set up and almost always go quicker than I expect. Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful, have never seemed fake to me. I usually wait for my car at the dealership and the waiting area is comfortable with coffee and vending machines. Tables in the showroom can be used when I want to get some work done while there. And every time my rep comes in the room she acknowledges me and gives me an update even when she’s there to speak to someone else about something. Check out is quick. I think pricing is reasonable. Never had an issue here and it’s always been a painless experience for me. Employees hanging around/ passing through always seem pretty happy which gives off a positive atmosphere.
