Being only 20 years old coming into a dealership looking to buy a car is really kind of scary. Fortunately we came across some of the friendliest people. BB made me feel really comfortable with his great sense of humor and knowledge of what I was looking for and the cars that were available on the lot. I came in thinking I knew what I was looking for, BB explained the difference between the cars I was looking for and I ended up getting the car I originally didn't want but I turned out to be PERFECT! I would definitely refer someone to him or even come back to look at another car eventually :) I had an amazing experience. THANKS BB!

The last few times I've been to the service department I had Brian waiting on me. They guy is great...personable, professional...makes having to get a battery replaced, or whatever, a whole lot easier. Whoever reads these at Planet Hyundai...give Brian a raise!

We originally went to this dealership just to browse, and we weren't actually planning on getting another car just yet. One of the salesmen, David Spence, came out and greeted us as soon as we got out of the car. We started looking at one of their Jeep Wranglers, and he was very knowledgeable about the car and informed us not only about the good qualities but also about the common issues associated with it. He let both of us test drive it, showed us everything underneath the hood of the car, and even showed us how to take the top off. He was extremely friendly and not at all pushy. Once we decided to purchase the Jeep, he then went out of his way to ensure that the monthly payments were in the range we wanted. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had and I highly recommend this dealership!

Brian McKenna, was great too, I could tell he was really crunching numbers to get us into our new car, and take care of the bulk of our trade in (I had 2k negative equity) he was very polite,respectful and understanding when the numbers where just too much. Joe Rodriguez was great, until we opted out of the added warranties. I understand that he has to sell warranties, but our auto insurance covered pretty much everything the dealership was offering already. When we declined the warranties, I could tell he wasn't pleased and his whole demeanor changed. I'm sure his job is very stressful, but a poker face would have been nice. We politely declined countless times, and he kept trying to talk us into another point of interest and another year for financing. I know my husband was within seconds of calling off the deal and us walking. And everyone else's hard work would have been wasted. We also had a little talk with Mr. Carlos Hildago, about our registration issues (we where hoping to register the vehicle in Texas since we're Texas residents) but since it's a brand new car, we ran into a few issues. BUT He made sure our note didn't change, and helped us cover the gap (NV is VERY expensive compared to our home state)but like I said, he didn't skip a beat with making sure we could keep our note the same and really helped us out with that. He completely understood the sticker price shock for us misplaced Texans (60$ per year vs 400+ per year) Again, back to BB, he was terrific with my little boy. He made sure my husband and I could afford this car, and completely understood when we were ready to walk. I highly recommend him. He's also fluent in Spanish,so if you need a Spanish speaking sales rep,he is your man! Would I recommend them to a friend, YES. Would I return to purchase another car, YES. My husband is thrilled to not hear me complain about my poor AC or the gas bill my old SUV came along with, I'm thrilled to be in a beautiful new car that is sleek,sexy and very functional. And my little boy was just thrilled to not be in there any more!

When i a got out my car their was one gentleman standing right in front. As i was walking up he walked right up to me and introudced is self as Anthony Franich. Then he procced by asking me what i was looking for in particular. And i told him i was looking for a hyundai elantra then he walked me right up to a few older models then i told him no im looking for the newer look then he showed me a black one. Then he said come on let take it for a test drive. So he drove the car out the parking lot then we drove to a side street and he got out and told me to drive. I got in the car when i first got in that driver seat the first thing that came to my mind was i love this car and it's mine. Anthony was so great he even let me drive the car all the way to my house to show my boyfriend the car. When we first pulled up to my house my boy friend was already in the park in lot taking grocerys in the house. Anthony ask him if he could give him a hand with ther grocery's i thought that was so helpful of him. Not only that he even took me to the bank to get some paper work that i needed. I think he has very Great customer skills. I deal with customers on my job to and feel like he went above and beyond like we are expected on my job.I would defintily refer a friend to him! Anthony stuck with me through multiple days of test drives, several each visit, questions, measuring of leg space, etc. He was always very concerned about my comfort level while driving, bec I kept squirming in the base model. Then I tried the limited version. He could tell the seats fit me perfectly by the look on my face and lack of changing seat positions every 3 minutes. Although he did not push me toward it, just listened to me and assisted me at every turn. He explained the functions of the car and even found Bluetooth capabilities for me on my "dinosaur" phone to demonstrate the feature with. From start to finish, I purchased the limited SF and am THRILLED, Anthony was considerate, helpful, and courteous. Very easy to work with. I found everyone I spoke to, whether for technical questions or just polite convo, to be super friendly and helpful. This dealership has professionals that work together for everyone's satisfaction! My husband and I went to this dealership last night just to learn more about the Hyundai line of cars. We had no intentions of buying a car. The first thing we noticed was, no vultures hanging around the front of the building waiting for the next "kill".... We actually went into the showroom, looked at a couple of cars, before David Spence (or, Spence) approached us. From then on, it was not only educational, it was almost kind of fun.... Spence did a great job explaining all the features of the car we were looking at and took the time to ask what our needs and wants were. Then he started to make a couple of suggestions and we ended up test driving a Sonata.... After we returned to the showroom, there was still no pressure at all.... We felt like we could walk away at anytime without getting "beat up" by the salemans or the sales manager. At the end of the day, we leased this beautiful Sonata and we are still kind of perplexed as we don't feel any frustrations, anxitys, or .... anything.... The whold transaction, including the Finance manager, went very smooth and relaxing and we got a beautiful car in the process. Thank you, Spence, for an experience that we can't wait to tell everyone about. PS... My husband was so impressed by the service department as there were NO Hyundai's getting repaired.... only other brand name cars.... Pretty strange...

I was met by one of the sales reps, Mr. David Shakely. David was courteous, polite, and very professional. We actually visited for quite a while before even looking at any cars, and there was absolutely no pressure to do anything but look as long and as many cars that I wanted. David did an excellent job showing each car, explaining the differences, options, etc. - very knowledgeable!!! What he didn't have the answer to, he went and researched the info to my satisfaction. I was so impressed with everyone I encountered at this dealership, I went and picked up my wife and brought her back to check out some of the cars. When it was time to complete all the "paper work" Ray Fernandez had everything ready, and it was a painless few minutes to complete everything. He then paired me with Carlos H. a sales manager and Jason K. who was very attentive to my needs. Jason went out and found the vehicle I was looking and got me a great deal. It's been a long time since I've found REAL HONEST car salesman.

I asked a question about the navigation package and he showed us another Sonata. Since I have driven them before (part of my research) I let my husband do the test drive. Anthony was so patient with him, and his questions. My husband mentioned that he liked a different color car, and Anthony showed us an Azera, which we also ended up test driving. Going to the dealership, I expected to be bombarded with money-hungry salesmen. I also expected lackluster service. Nevertheless, we continued to the Centennial Hills Hyundai dealership. My father and I were looking for a 2012 Hyundai Veloster, weren't expecting to get one at the time; just looking around. Anthony came up and introduced himself, giving off a very jubilant vibe, which made it very easy to talk to him. He let us ask the questions and get in all of our comments. We test drove the car and I reckoned the drive would be awkward and extremely quiet. However, it was a nice drive with casual conversation. We ended up taking the car and the process was facile, hasty, and free from stress. If you want appreciable service, Anthony Franich is your guy; truly professional and benign.
Going to the dealership, I expected to be bombarded with money-hungry salesmen. I also expected lackluster service. Nevertheless, we continued to the Centennial Hills Hyundai dealership. My father and I were looking for a 2012 Hyundai Veloster, weren't expecting to get one at the time; just looking around. Anthony came up and introduced himself, giving off a very jubilant vibe, which made it very easy to talk to him. He let us ask the questions and get in all of our comments. We test drove the car and I reckoned the drive would be awkward and extremely quiet. However, it was a nice drive with casual conversation. We ended up taking the car and the process was facile, hasty, and free from stress. If you want appreciable service, Anthony Franich is your guy; truly professional and benign.
I have been looking for a safe used car for my daughter at a reasonable price. I had been to Nissan and the salesman acted as though he did not hear a word I said. He was showing me new cars that were way beyond our price range. I walked away feeling frustrated and ignored. Needless to say I was expecting the same experience walking onto Planet Hyundai Centennial. I was met on the lot by David Shakely, when I explained the situation and what I was looking for he listened patiently and we were shown several different cars. Mr. Shakely was very patient, answered all questions and we eventually drove out in a beautiful car for my daughter that she loves. I would definitely recommend Planet Hyundai Centennial to all of our friend and relatives and in fact took several business cards to do just that.

I have been slowing searching for a new car as my old one was becoming a money pit! Planet Hyundai@Centennial was the last one that I went too! AS I started to look for a car, a friend recommended a saleman, Anthony Franich. I found him and told him what I was looking for. He went right too work. I test drove a Santa Fe and a Tucson I Very quickly decided on the 2011 Tucson. As we started the buying process, Anthony never made me feel like I was obligated, and he also NEVER made me feel like he was just looking for a quick sale! He made the process very easy and made sure that I was ok with and understood everything in the process! I am very happy that he was recommended to me, and I am positive that when we are ready to trade in our other vehicle, we will definately be going to this dealership and also dealing only with Anthony! I love my purchase and feel confident that it was the right one for me! I was looking to trade in 2 vehicles on 2 Toyota Prius C's and went to Desert Toyota and they were very nice, however the Prius C was too small so I decided to look elsewhere. I ended up at Centennial Hyundai looking at the Hyundai Accents and then chose a Veloster. The trade in value on my vehicles was very good.. above value but honestly, my trade in's needed nothing..they were sale ready when we took delivery. I didn't ask for much... I wanted a Veloster in Orange, Yellow, or Green...but amazingly enough, there were none anywhere in the Western United States.... Our first salesperson was George, and he was a very nice guy.. no real complaints. He was doing his job. After waiting several days to hear if it was even possible to get a yellow one, we were told that they had a "line" on one and could get it... Nobody mentioned it would be thousands extra. We finally settled on 2 Velosters that they had in stock... a silver one (which to this day is perfect.. no issues whatsover..except for a tiny usb hiccup but i think its my iphone)...and a red one... We had test drove another Veloster at their sister store so there was no need for another drive. We did all the paperwork... which took forever.. and was impossible to get out of the $995 charge for scotchguarding and window tint.. which is the biggest ripoff in town... and went to get the cars. The red one, we noticed had damage on the rear bumper and there was NO way I was taking this car... It took 2 days of arguing to get out of the car even though the salespeople admitted they knew about the damage since it happened when the car came off the truck. They ended up getting a blue one from the sister store (even though they said the Velosters at the sister store were ALL sold...(the inspection date on the card proves otherwise) and i paid the extra money for the tech package. The following day, the windows were tinted and the blue one broke down in their parking lot. It would not go into park. I was told it was a simple repair... the next day, they called and said it would be 2 weeks for the part. A fuse box. I was furious. It took a call to Hyundai corporate (a joke, they took a week to call me back) and Channel 13 news to get my car fixed. It was done in 2 days.. Channel 13 is interviewing me next monday about the dillema. If it wasnt for them, I don't know what I would have done. Anyhow, 2 weeks later and what shows up on the lot... A yellow Veloster WHICH THEY KNEW WAS COMING. (Dealers can see incoming inventory up to 45 days - Hyundai Corporate told me that) So overall, I like the cars... not love... I loved my Toyotas. As for buying another car at this dealership...not a chance and i tell everyone about the problems I had and how they never resolved them... Am i bitter? no, i'll get over it......Next time, ill buy over the internet and out of state if i have to... and Finally, their price guarantee is bullpucky...I found the car cheaper and they won't even return a phone call regarding their policy.

My husband and I went to Centennial Hyundai today to buy a new Sonata. Anthony Franich and Carlos Hidalgo helped us out while we where there. They were both so helpful, neither of them pressured us to buy anything. They gave us a great deal on the car and helped us get the monthly payment that we wanted. After we were done with the paper work Anthony showed me how to work all the features in the car, he even helped me set up the blue tooth with my phone. We were so pleased with the whole experience that my husband ended up buying a new car also! I would definitely send my family and friends to them to buy a new car.

I was really upset because I drove over 25 miles with a blown engine. I had been talking to a Mazda dealership because they had falsely advertised push pull or drag your car in and they wild give you $4000 towards your car. I had talked to 4 different people from centennial Mazda that advised me that my credit was approved. I could get the car I wanted and the offer would work. I verified this several times before I took the risk of driving my car there. Once I got there, they should have had the car.ready instead they had us walk all over the lot for the car I told them multiple time I wanted. Once I found the car and got back to the showroom they told me that they couldn't work with me after spending all day ln the phone with them. I wanted.every single person I talked to in front of me and the manager so there was no mistaking what they advised me. Plus they then told me that the offer was impunity I bought a showroom car. I was truly upset because something could have happened to me driving my car to Mazda after all their promises. They even threatened to call the cops on us because they didn't want us to affect the other sales they weren't making. My boyfriend suggested we go to Hyundai. As soon as we pulled on the lot, Dave saw how upset I was and just wanted help. I've never had as bad of customer service as I did with Mazda and Dave as well as planet Hyundai made it all disappear. They had me in a new car that night. Exactly what I wanted. Warranty....gap insurance. Price I wanted. He worked so hard to make sure I got the service I needed. I will never forget or appreciate how much he took care of me as well as the manager on duty that night. They made my experience so good I forgot about Mazda and will never think about them again. I'm in love with with 2012 manual hatchback accent. I've been referring anyone I talk to, to planet Hyundai. Especially because of dave shakely. Thanks again!
