Edit: Just wanted to shout out Katherine in Administration. I had a hell of a time trying to get my car registered in CA, as the local DMV lost the title that they were sent by Centennial Hyundai. Katherine was SOOO HELPFUL in getting me all the documentation I needed to register my car. Out of everyone I was dealing with at the DMV, my bank and the dealership... Katherine was the best! Everything that was wrong with my car was explained and a solution was given to fix the problem. Vehicle was given back at the desired time and a discount was received because all of the work to be done on the estimate could not be completed so I was only charged for what was fixed. Good place to have your Hyundai repaired.

Mel was extremely helpful in finding me the right car for the right price. I originally came in interested in the Kona and Tucson and he was able to get me the exact price I wanted and all of the great features!

Had a appointment for an oil change on a Friday afternoon and that I would be waiting, normally takes about and hour with a wash, He told me it would be at least 2 hours, Not happy but at least I was told up front, Not sure I will return for such a long wait. I was there 2 hours and 15 mins with no car wash.

The moment you step inside the Service Dept., you will be greeted accordingly, and will be offered help. State your appointment schedule, hand them your car key....in a couple minutes, everything in regards to your service appointment will be explained to you, signed the authorization, then make yourself comfy at the customer waiting lounge. That day...my waiting time was reduced by 35 minute from the promised completion time. The cashier will greet you with a smile, pay your bill, and you are DONE.
