Though I gave him a hard time during this process (I knew just what I could spend) he was very compassionate to my financial situation and was very professional throughout. His sales manager Jack was also extremely helpful. With both if them, I was able to drive out if there with my new car!
Went to several dealerships in one day, but this dealership was the best. They had great cars, with fabulous warranties. But they also has salesmen and managers willing to work with you and even let us take a car off the lot while we decided what we wanted to do!
I went in to just test drive to see which out of the Tucson or Santa Fe sport I preferred. And Joe met us and was very nice and helpful. I still feel I was not given the full value for my trade in but I will use this as a learning moment.

Courtney is amazing and friendly worked hard to get what we needed. We would absolutely recommend her for any car at any dealership. When our brand new car needed to have a new transmission after only 200 miles and 4 days of owning it. Alex did not give a time line of repairs. Then when i called after 3 days of no word he said the car would be ready in a couple of days. 2 weeks later, 3 or 4 different dates with promises to have our car returned, and 2 different cities of parts supposedly being shipped from, our car is finally ready for pick up. Tony called several days into our car being in the shop for repairs. He said that he had spoke with service personally and our car was ready. He tried to get us to call our finance company to tell them we were in possession of our car so they could get paid, even though that was a lie. He then called back 10 minutes later and said the car would be ready in a couple of days.
Staff was pretty nice. There was a little mix up on the car that I was fist offered but I still walked away happy. My sales person was very nice and informative

I traded in my 2006 Chevy Cobalt for a new 2017 Hyundai Elantra. As expected their first offer was a payment that was a little too high for me. But they applied some incentives and cash back bonuses and met me halfway on it, which I appreciated. My salesman Chazz was pretty easy going and gave me a good tour of the car. He filled the tank and ran it through the car wash before handing me the keys. The finance manager (not sure of his name) was a tad pushy toward the end, but not overly aggressive with the sale. They gave me $5,000 for my ol' Cobalt per their advertised special and threw in free oil changes for a year and free car washes for my entire lease. I'd read some of the negative reviews on DealerRater and Yelp and was a little apprehensive, but my experience was fairly pleasant.

I own a 12 year old XG350L with 48,000 miles. I always make an appointment for regular service i.e. oil changes, mileage maintenance etc. I try to follow all service recommendations made by the service staff to try and keep my 12 year old car running at it's best. So far, their multi-point inspection and regular service intervals has kept me from having any issues. Great attention to detail. My daughter had a chevrolet cruze eco and always complained about her experience with her service/maintenance people. I encouraged her to get rid of her car and buy a hyundai. She bought a 2016 Sonata Hybrid Limited which she loves. Now I want a new car. Oh well, but I like no payments better. When it is time to buy, I will definitely buy another hyundai from Centennial Hyundai.
