I am happy to say that Freddie Briones is a very skilled individual who is knowledgeable about the vehicles, very pleasant and patient, calm, and skilled listener. Because Mr. Briones is such a skilled listener, I was able to focus on getting the vehicle I want rather than having to look at vehicles I had no interest in. Working with Mr. Briones made it easy to decide that Centennial is the place to purchase my vehicle from. Additionally, Gilbert Valenzuela was tremendously helpful assisting in navigating through the financial paperwork. Buying the Santa Fe Sport was a good experience devoid of negativity.

Domanic was a pleasure to work with. However we were very frustrated by the advertising and financing process. The advertised price of the car was NOT what they were supposedly able to offer to me for the price of the car. Strike one. The finance officer was very aggressive in his tactics. (Sorry I dont remember his name.) Almost bullying. None of the numbers (interest rate, price for trade in) were brought to the table, just our payment amount. Which was twice what the advertised price was! Strike two. The exact car I was trying to buy was advertised on line for $21,348, with a payment of $265. Yet what they brought to the table was $28,000 and a payment of over $450. Getting a new car for your birthday should not involve tears. Strike three.
They should have more people like shawn and ricky. I have brought between my wife and I 8 cars from this dealership. Maybe next year it will be number 9 we will see.

The service department was good on the service component. However, I called at least six times to make and appointment and the phone just rang and rang and finally rang back to the receptionist. I ended up going to the dealership to make an appointment in person. While my car was being serviced I called back to the service department to request a car wash when they were finished. Again, I made three phone calls and they rang and rang and then went back to the receptionist. I finally requested that she give the service department a message for me. I went in for the 75k service. The representative advised me that over time I had already done a lot of the work, so what I expected to be costly was only an oil change. As I was waiting, the service was done quickly and I was out a lot sooner than expected. As always very happy with the service.

I had a check engine light on. Bryan knew exactly what the issue was and replaced a defective part on warranty. I always appreciate the thorough attention my car receives at Centennial Hyundai.
