It was raining a little when my daughter and I walked on the lot to look at cars. Within 5 minutes (or less) Anthony came out with an umbrella and helped us find the vehicle we were looking for. The excellent customer service continued throughout the rest of our experience. Everyone we talked with was very helpful and friendly. I can honestly say I have have never had such a great experience buying a car. We actually had fun!

Anthony was very helpful, he answered all my questions and explained everything to me in detail. I really liked the fact that I was in and out in less than an hour with a brand new car. You don't usually find dealers that will work with you that fast. I feel Anthony did his best at getting me a good deal that made us both happy. If you are looking for a no BS salesman check Anthony out.

I just wanted to jump out and see what the asking price was and not get attacked by a salesman, so I told my wife " Im just gonna see what they are asking and we can leave to go grocery shopping". When I was walking away from the truck Anthony asked me how I was doing and was very professional and courteous. I replied "good, thank you" I asked him that I would like to test drive the truck but I needed to finish my family duties and would like to come back later. Anthony again was very supportive and told me no problem. On my return to Planet Hyundai, Anthony said wait here as he went over to get the truck so he could get some AC flowing and make it comfortable for me for the test drive. Anthony came inside grabbed me a cold bottle of water and we took off. The rest is history...... I was very happy with the "bargaining" part of vehicle shopping. Anthony and the Administrative staff were very fair and professional during the entire process. Everything that I brought up was considered and not turned down like you would get at other dealerships. In the end, I am a proud owner of an amazing truck and I feel at the end of the day both parties were very happy. Anthony made it a pleasure to go vehicle shopping. When I walked onto the dealership I wasn't sure I what kind of car that I wanted. All I knew was that I wanted a car that got better gas mileage that the one I currently had. Erick really took the time show me the cars that were in my price range and met the mileage needs that I wanted. I ended up getting a Hyundai Accent, and it has probably been the most econimical decision I have made and glad that I went to the dealership that day and met Erick.

Brian was the floor manager at the time, and he actually recommended a car to my salesman that was even better than the one I couldn't afford in the first place. I love my car more than any other car I've ever had!

He was very personable, friendly, real, and not pushy. He and the other guys were able to meet all my demands that I needed met if I was going to drive away in a new car that day. Was in and out in a new car in about an hour, honestly the fastest and best car buying experience I've ever had!

Nobody likes walking into a car dealership, get ready to be attacked! But this time was much less intense. Anthony was very friendly, honest, and answered all of my questions. I was able to laugh and joke with him and he just made me feel as comfortable as possible when possibly looking to purchase a new vehicle.
