I would definitely recommend this service department to friends and family. They were very professional and thorough; the facilities were very comfortable. All the employees seemded very friendly and helpful.

Good service Excellent sales Person

My fiance and I had been in the market for new car. We just had our son a little over a month earlier, and felt like we needed something more reliable, and with a bit more room. We had been comparing the Tucson and Ford Escape. In the end we chose the Tuscon. Not only because I am a Hyundai guy, but Centennial had great deals with their summer clearance event going on. 0% for 72 months on Tuscons and Sante fe, can't beat that. From the moment we arrived we weren't bombarded with salesmen, we were given space. Shortly after looking at one of the Tuscons up front we were approached by Roy. Who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Long time experience in the business and very professional. Roy took good care of us, and gave us the time we needed to go through the models and options we were interested in. Took us for a test drive and never felt pressured. In the end Roy helped us get into the car we were looking for. Big thanks to Roy, and even Ash, who came over to help make a deal that worked for us. Gilbert in finance was a real nice guy too. Also, Lilly who goes over the features of your new car was great as well. Thanks Roy and the whole team at Centennial Hyundai!

I wrote one night on their website to look into a new Palisade on the lot they had. Courtney was quick to respond to my vehicle inquiry. Once I showed up she was beyond personable and engaging and not at all about the obvious hard sell you get from most that can be a turn-off. Once we got into the negotiations, she was tactful, fair, and firm when she needed to be. I admire all facets of how she dealt with me. Comes off as someone who actually cares, and has already followed up several times since my purchase. More dealerships need people like her. I highly recommend all who look into a new Hyundai to go to her.
In addition, at the end of the purchase ... she turned me over to Rick who is the customer relations manager. He was very helpful at taking me through all of the features of the car in a friendly and well explained way. You kinda just want to hang out with him longer and have a beer while he talks about how great your new car is going to be.

I can't say "Thank you!" enough to the team that helped me through my trade-in/car buying process! I was given my space to browse and was approached in a very welcoming manner. Russell and Nick were the Salesman that helped me and went above and beyond to help me with my situation. Trading in Santa Fe was hard to do but they assured me that they would do everything they could to get me the vehicle I needed and could afford! Gilbert and Rick explained each process with the financing/warranty portion and made sure that i was set up with my new Tuscon before I left the lot! You all ROCK and again Thank you so much for all your help!!

She provided superior service and went well beyond that - including helping me with my cell phone to be able to use the Tuscon's cool features. Rick Walker is the Customer Relations Manager there and he performed our walkthrough to inform/teach us about the features of my new car. He also provided excellent service spending over an hour review the product features of our vehicle and provided many tips regarding the car. NOTE regarding rating of overall dealership - I have gone to this dealership for the 3 years I've lived her for my Tuscon that I traded in. Their service department provides excellent service.

It's a nice place but I set a time to come in & get an oil change along with a question about a possibility of a bearing noise that we heard on start up & to get my AC looked at on my Ford truck that I bought there with an extended 2 year warranty. The AC only worked on #4 FULL BLAST! Which is pretty cold. I live on the East side of town near Nellis & this place is on Centennial! Once I got there they said all I have is an oil change written down for you so maybe just do the oil change & reschedule the other 2 things. I ALREADY SCHEDULED FOR IT SO JUST DO IT! ?

My 2013 Hyundai Sonata engine went kaput & they fixed it under the recall gave us a loaner until then and I was on my way good service car is running like a champ again, recommended

I came for a free gift card promotion that was offered for going on a test drive.When I showed up, the guy out front asks if I plan to trade in my infiniti g37 he saw me roll up in. I said not really, I came for the gift card promotion.. he says well we will get you your gift card but since you don't want to buy a car today we don't want you to drive any of our cars. I have never been a huge Hyundai or Genesis fan, but considering I rolled up in a car that costed over twice the price of most cars on their lot new. I would think a halfway decent sales person, would at least have the mindset to try to change my mind that not all Hyundai's suck, while also not coming off as overly pushy or annoying. I understand not wanting to waste time on a pointless test drive, i would feel the same way, but he made me feel like the a**hole for coming to retrieve the $50 gift card I was promised for going on a test drive. Like dude. Don't blame me for Hyundai's advertising. This kind of advertising actually works too. I now really want a jeep wrangler. Jeep got me in with the same promotion on the same day. Except instead of leaving with a negative opinion, I left wanting a brand new wrangler ?Who's the real winner?

I feel that I was taken advantage of . They were deceiving. I looked at a Sonata . The price was way to high. He took $1000 off , but still to much . He told me he wood “give “ me a 3 year warranty . Ok now you have a deal . However the 3 year warranty was $2900 !! Never told that , that would have been a no deal . They quietly put it on invoice , and never explained it to me . It also took almost 4 weeks to get it because of minor body work. They did however give me a loner car and free gas while using . That I that was very nice ! Overall disappointed.

Helpful, friendly staff. The will take you back home while the car is in the shop, but they won't pick you up so you can reclaim it. A big drawback. I had to sit and wait for it there for 2 hours.

We own an older Genesis that started cutting out on us on highway 15 as we were going to our home in California. We talked to 4 different places and they did not have the time to diagnose the problem. Rebecca told us she would have the problem diagnose by the end of the day (Friday) so we had it towed there. The “Fantastic” service department had it diagnosed within 3 hours and we on our way home. We (they) could not find anything wrong and we’re more than fair with the charge. If I lived in Vegas I would do business with no one else. What an experience. Best I have ever had. Thank you Rebecca and auto repair specialist “Jerry”
