I love buying a car from this dealership as everyone is friendly and courtesy. I never feel pressured or hassled when shopping for car here. All information given is accurate and there are no hidden fees.

This was my first new car and first dealership experience. The staff was great to work with and they were very helpful. I can certainly see myself returning if my vehicle needs change for any reason! Travis and Courtney were friendly and professional and made the whole thing a pleasant experience.

After giving us numbers on the wrong car we finally got to the car we were supposed to be looking at. After buying the car and getting everything finalized they tried to make me wait 2 weeks for my check that was part of the deal to pay for registration and other finances. We had to keep calling till we finally got ahold of someone who got it expedited. Overall I'm happy with the car, but if you want to get past all the BS you have to find a way to get straight to the top sales guys. I would avoid talking to the floor manager Mark and try to work with somebody else.

I worked with Lawrence and Michael for the sales portion of my car buying experience. They were helpful and anything they didn't know they went and found an answer for. Rick was the person that sales manager and I felt that there could have been more clarification when it initially came to the interest rate and monthly payment. Joe was my finance guy and he was great he explained about the warranties and told me what i did and didn't need for my car when it came to expended warranty type products. He was the best and the finance and signing of papers only took about 25 minutes and I felt he explained everything really really well.

Just took my 2004 XG350L in to replace drive belts. Price exactly as quoted. Did not try to upsell. C l ean, comfortable waiting area, though choice of tv station could have been better. Overall good experience.

I worked the purchase of the vehicle through TrueCar Services and Dominic Grella was knowledgeable about the system and found the exact car I was looking for. Although it was located on other side of town, he went over and picked it up and delivered for our scheduled meeting and test drive. The paperwork was taken care of through Lon'te Maston and everything was explained to my clear understanding. Dominic and Ricky Walker took me through an orientation of the myriad of systems in the car and offered to help me at anytime if I ran into any problems. Thank you to the Centennial team I dealt with for making a car buying experience as pleasant as it could be.
