As always, Centennial Hyundai Service Department handled my Tucson with the best of care by Bryan. He said it would take 2 hours to put a new light bulb in my left rear light. It took only 1 hour and I still got a car wash.
Got a 2018 Elantra here and had excellent service from John Vitt, was knowledgeable and upfront about everything. He took me through used cars that matched my desires and help me to see all the features I wanted. Was patient and attentive, not pushy and always was respectful and kind. Loved my experience. Got my first service as well and while the wait was a bit long, staff was upfront and kind and did an excellent job.
I had a great experience at the Service Department. I had an appointment and brought my care in at 7:45am and asked if they could have me out before 9am. My service manager didn't promise but said he would update me early enough to arrange another ride to work if I needed one. The car was ready in about 45 minutes, which beat the 1.5 - 2.0 hour estimate. Thank you!

To be honest with you I hate car dealerships in general only because it's not about the customer it's about deception for thinking you're a customer when you really just a number..

This review is 4 stars instead of 5 because they could not find the cause of a recent problem, but the team members were responsive, kept me informed, and offered useful advice for how to help them eventually identify the cause. My 2011 Tucson had some kind of issue and would not start when I attempted to leave work to grab lunch on Monday of this week. I kept trying periodically through the afternoon, and it finally started. I called ahead, spoke with John about what was happening, and drove directly to Centennial Hyundai. Becky welcomed me, listened while I described what had happened, and explained that she would need to keep the car overnight so a service technician could evaluate it the next morning. As I was leaving, I received a text letting me know that I would receive updates by text or call. The next morning, Becky called to let me know that they had not been able to replicate the problem yet but were continuing to check periodically. She asked if there was any other service they could perform while they were attempting to replicate the failure to start. I had planned a routine oil change for this weekend, so I asked if they could go ahead and do that. She contacted me again mid-day with the same message: hadn't replicated the problem yet. By mid-afternoon, they still had not been able to replicate it, so she asked if I would like for them to keep the car another day to keep trying. I declined. When I picked up the car, she greeted me and apologized that they had not been able to replicate the problem so they couldn't explain why it happened. Because I had mentioned a few odd behaviors from the car leading up to it not starting, she advised me to keep a log of any unusual behaviors or performance issues and bring that log to my next service appointment in hopes of helping the technician to identify a pattern that might help track the source of the issue. As soon as I arrived at home, I created a log that I can access from my phone or laptop.

Centennial Hyundai does a lot of things right. And, you can drop your car off and go shopping or eat at several places within 5 minute walk. Got great deal on Groupon for e-oil changes and even got a Sirius XM radio trial membership last time I went. Hoping to get that again. Thanks!
