My salesperson Chris Rooney was an excellent example of great customer service!! He was friendly,knowledgeable about the car I selected and took the time to explain all of the features on the car since I had not purchased a new vehicle in 18 years! You should follow Chris around and video him and show that video to all your new employees!!

Went to centennial Hyundai with no expectation of purchasing a vehicle I was really surprised on how courteous the staff was just by attending to my interest. All I was really looking for was just a black vehicle. I didn't expect to walk out with a brand new 2016 Hyundai Accent. I'm really happy with my purchase. I would recommend anybody and everybody to go there to purchase a vehicle. 5 Star Staff and 5 Star Service.

Michael Scaramuzzi is a good, genuine sales person who makes the consumer feel their needs are being met to the best level they can be. He listens and is very patient while trying to satisfy the consumer. Would and will recommend him to others.

Jessie, my dealer at Centennial Hyundai is honest. And I mean that. I spoke to many dealers from 3 different states and when I spoke to Jessie he told me exactly where the car was that I wanted and even though it was not within his reach, he helped me find it. Sadly, that car was sold a day before I got there to get it, after many days of negotiating. But Happily I went back to Jessie to buy the car that I eventually bought. I got many upgrades and they reduced some prices for making me settle. But really it was Jessie that made me drive 35 miles from home to purchase my car here. And where I will drive 35 miles for a year for my maintenance. Honesty is not heard of in todays world and I recommend Jessie if you are loping to buy a car. I don't think he will steer anyone wrong.

The whole experience was good. The showroom was clean, I was offered beverages, and everyone was helpful. I will definitely recommend this dealership.

The only glitch was the door handle dings and the way they were touched up. Still, overall, a great experience, and I would recommend Centennail Hyyndai to friends and family.

My overall experience with Centennial Hyundai was excellent. Johnny the sales man that helped me was very professional and friendly. Finance manager was also very good. I will definitely buy next car here.

Had a break down in the middle of the desert and had our Hyundai towed here in the afternoon. I am NOT a big fan of dealerships, as I feel they gouge you anytime they can. But, not knowing any "reliable" mechanics in Vegas and stuck in Jean we had it taken here.

Within a couple hours we were notified what the diagnostics showed (the throttle sensor fried out). They could get it replaced and the computer re-calibrated by the next morning, thus only having to suffer one extra day in Vegas (we were there on business, not pleasure). We received a phone call at 8am the following day that we could pick it up. We picked it up around 10am. The bill, although I'm sure was still very pricey (just under $400), was not as bad as we anticipated from a dealership. They washed her car, too, to reduce the pain. The care ran fine and we made it home. What more can I ask?!

If you are ever stuck in Vegas (or outside as we were - thank God for AAA) and your Hyundai takes a crap, we would highly recommend this establishment. Bryan was cool to deal with.

Purchased a car here and had a very good experience. We got a used car.. It needed a few things corrected/ this was done quickly and with no hassle after the purchase. Johnny was our sales guy. Very nice, very helpful.

Service center is amazing. I went there for a 45k mile inspection, minus a tire rotation, oil change, or filter change because they were not needed. The gentleman there, Brian Zasloff, told me it'd be an hour to an hour 15. After an hour I walk up to the desk, he had my keys and I could see my car outside. He said my tires were at 50%, which is better condition than I thought. He gave me a quote on new tires, which was nice to know. They had done everything thing I asked, including a 34 point inspection, as well as a recall install on the shift cable clip for the transmission. So everything was good, then I walk outside and see my car that needed a wash, had been washed by the nice people at Centennial Hyundai. I spent nothing, but received a bit more peace of mind that my vehicle was in a great condition, and a free car wash. They didn't have to be so awesome but they were. Great experience. Very happy I bought my vehicle from them. Thank you! If someone that works there reads this, please personally thank their service team.

My experience was thru the internet sales person, and it was a very positive one. Not a lot of back and forth that you normally get sucked into. We had talked on the phone prior to my coming down. When I got there, the price was well below sticker and well below the 'dealer' add on's. The only haggling was over the amount offered for my trade in. They offered, I counter offered and they accepted. Done. I'd probably never go thru a normal sales person again. That whole process was less than 30 mins max (and that included the test drive). Would I purchase again, yes if I could go thru an internet sales person. Note, I've used the service department on occasion with my previous Hyundai (not purchased there) and was very happy with them as well.

Bought my car here in September 2013 and get my service done here. I got great customer service purchase and every time I go in for service. I personally, recommend Centennial Hyundai over Planet Hyundai.
