My daughter and I just bought a used Accent for her for college. We looked at several cars and the dealer was very understanding to our needs and a college budget. We found a great car and were given a good deal with reasonable payments. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The dealership was great and all the people there were friendly. It was a little busy so we had to wait for the finance dept. but other then that it flowed smoothly and was a quick buying experience for us. Very pleased!!!

I just bought 2013 Elantra ..love my car! Florencio Rupley is awesome! He worked with me for over a month and I finally got the car and even the color I wanted. He was never pushy just really honest and very knowledgeable. They are there to make money but I also believe my salesman really cared about what I had to say and he listened. If you want a really good salesman ask for Florencio! I am so happy with my car!

Researched some of the smaller SUVs and hatchbacks and decided to do a 4th of July test drive of the Elantra GT.  Well, it turned out to be smaller than it looked online (silly me) and I ended up test driving the Tucson instead.  I've driven SUVs (Pathfinder, CR-V and Rogue) for the last decade and the Tucson was impressive, all the bells and whistles.  Long story short, the Chai Bronze modeI wasn't available, so in spite of the smokin' deal they gave me, I passed.  My sales consultant, TJ Saunders, was awesome--he had integrity, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.  What a great guy!  Overall, the experience was comfortable (they even fed customers grilled burgers and dogs because of the holiday).  Word to the wise--bring reading material or charge up your smartphone in advance and expect to spend a few hours, because no matter how nice the dealership is, that's just the typical routine.  Plus, to me, it's worth investing several hours to get the car I'll have for years.  I couldn't do the sale this time, but I still would recommend TJ and this dealership.

Couldn't have gotten better service somewhere else ... Went in knowing what I wanted ... And I feel like I got the best deal they could give . I would recommend to those looking for a new car,truck or SUV..

I went to Centennial Hyundai because they had a special lease program for the 2013 Sonata. I was only curious if I would qualify for a lease. Yet Rick Walker and the Hyundai team made me feel at home, answered all my questions about the 2013 Sonata and determined I was eligible for the special lease. Yet I was not ready to purchase the car, but Rick and the team helped me to get comfortable with the purchase decision and helped me to realize I was ready to lease a new car. Since that important decision I've learned that all the things Rick and the team told me are true about my new Sonata. I've had the car serviced twice for routine maintenance and the service team is very good/very attentive. With this review I can state that my decision to lease the 2013 Sonata was a good one thanks to the great team at Centennial Hyundai. Thank you to everyone there, especially Rick Walker who even today remains very concerned that I am happy with the 2013 Sonata.

Bought a 2011 Sonata from Saleman Rick Walker at this dealership. Very nice fellow, very knowledgeable. Helped tremendously in getting me the deal I accepted on this car. Would highly recommend this dealership and this salesman to anyone interested is purchasing a new/used Sonata.

Todd is by far the most superior sales person I have EVER dealt with. He's very professional and makes you feel completely comfortable about choosing the vehicle that best suits you. I would highly recommend this dealership but MORE importantly I would refer anyone I know to see Todd.

I went in just to look and test drive a 2013 Elantra, and I drove home in one last night!! They paid off my trade without a question and they really crunched the numbers to make it work for us financially! BB was an EXCELLENT sales rep, he was kind, patient, understanding and totally agree with us when the first few sets of numbers wasn't what we wanted. I high recommend him, and this dealership anyone! I traded in my old 2005 jeep liberty, I've already doubled my MPG! AHHH FREEDOM!

We purchased a new car from Rick Walker. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and did not act like your regular car salesman. We told him we had other cars we needed to see before we made a decision. He understood, was still kind and gave us pointers on the places we were going. Within a short time, the same day, we returned, purchase an Accent and had the best, most efficient experience we have had purchasing a car. Their were issues with the title on our trade in but Rick has been in our corner the whole time. The negotiations and financing were swift, the whole day was not wasted. We will definitely purchase another car from Planet Hyundai in the future.

My father and I came in to purchase 2 cars, The Veloster. Amin, right off the bat was energetic, friendly and very determined. I knew what I wanted in my car and my father was still not sure what car he wanted. Amin, fought hard for us to get us the DEAL OF A LIFETIME! I went in with a price that I knew I could afford and Amin and his team made it happen. My father, couldn't find a car he wanted. We knew he wanted to get a red car (this car was going to be a gift or my mom). There were NO red cars with the features he wanted on any of the lots. These cars were moving fast. But...they found one. On a truck being delivered in a couple of days. Well, my dad was ready and made the deal. His red Veloster came in the next day! My mom was so excited and Amin even came to my parents house to pick up the check for the car! I could not be happier with my new Vitamin C, Veloster. And my mom loves her car! I am 35 and have purchased 6 cars since I've been able to drive, and BY FAR this was the most pleasant experience I've had. Would I recommend Amin...YES!! And I already have. The one suggestion I have is that we needed to go over some more things in the car. He was good about going over the whole navigation system/media. We found some bolts in the glove compartment that has to do with the tires that was not explained to us. Otherwise I would definitely recommend Amin to future car buyers!

He literally showed me how to use everything in my 2013 Elantra prior to me leaving with my new car. After 19 years of being in my 1993 Nissan Sentra I needed a warm, honest, informative person to help me upgrade to a new car and Armin Reddic did that for me, He is awesome!!!!!!

Everything was great except the check processing step. We were there for 5 hours trying to get the check approved. That process sucks. We have never bounced a check, have a 9.85 credit score, had $30,000 in the checking account, but still got denied twice, so we couldn't take the care home. If you write a check at Wallmart, they automatically deduct it from your account and know if it is good. The salesman BB was great. He is very funny, and i enjoyed working with him. ( i will look him up again when purchasing another vehicle.) Brian was very professional, and did a great job sealing the deal. Joe was also very professional in explaining the deal, and offering warranty options. Overall, if we didn't have to spend that many hours, and walk away without the car, the experience would have been great. You really need to look into a different check system, or not have that option.

Being only 20 years old coming into a dealership looking to buy a car is really kind of scary. Fortunately we came across some of the friendliest people. BB made me feel really comfortable with his great sense of humor and knowledge of what I was looking for and the cars that were available on the lot. I came in thinking I knew what I was looking for, BB explained the difference between the cars I was looking for and I ended up getting the car I originally didn't want but I turned out to be PERFECT! I would definitely refer someone to him or even come back to look at another car eventually :) I had an amazing experience. THANKS BB!
