I recently purchased my first car from Centennial Hyundai, and I had a really great experience! Everyone there is really helpful! The salesman that worked with me was named Freddie and he was really awesome, he was super nice and very helpful! Allen in finance was also a big help to me, he managed to lower my APR by 6%! I would highly recommend buying from them! My experience was a 10 out of 10! They really worked with me to get me a good deal! Dealership service area was incredibly busy and very backed up. It made dropping my car off somewhat difficult and maybe slower than would otherwise have been the case. Either way, car was dropped and service was completed. The car was finished later than promised, but I had anticipated this given the number of vehicles checking in, so it was really not a big deal. The service managers were very friendly and helpful. I really like the folks in the service area at my dealership. Overall, it was a positive experience - just somewhat overwhelming with the quantity of cars arriving for service at the same time. I will definitely keep taking my car for service at this dealership.
I have purchased 6 cars in my 35 years on earth... The experience of purchasing a new 2017 accent was excellent.. Salesman wasnt pushy.. Answered are question were very polite and friendly.... Ive been back a few times for things like oil changes.... Their service department unfortunately not as awesome... But they arent terrible.
Great service, personnel very courteous, only two hours for oil change & rotate tires.
Everything was great service explanation of work being done and customer service. The only downfall is they will shuttle you home but won't pick you up
This was my first time buying a car and they made the experience effortless! Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to inform me on every step that we took. I also went in with a USAA car voucher for any military or family members and there was no hassle. Customer service was amazing and they cared about our time as we didn't want to be there all day. Our sales guy cut straight to the point and got me in a car at a great price! Our sales guy Dominic even went the extra mile to help get the car detailed as they were short staffed and backed up in that department. Overall it was a stress-free and pleasant experience I would recommend this dealer to anyone and I love my new Tucson!
