I was blown away with the level of service provided to me at Centennial Hyundai. The staff did everything within their power to make sure I left in the vehicle I wanted. The most delightful car buying experience I’ve had. Wonderful. All other dealerships are obsolete and must be DELETED!
I brought my Santa Fe in without an appointment because of the alternator going out. I'm mechanically inclined so I checked it the day before and knew exactly what the problem was. I actually expected some resistance from the service guys because I was coming in unannounced but I was pleasantly surprised. Alex took me right in and said he would get me taken care of. Not only did they take care of my alternator but they fixed a window switch I had been having problems with! I got a call to pick up my car around 1 pm which was also shocking as I expected a last minute call. I will always ask for Alex from now on. Thanks Alex, you are my go to guy from now on.

I just bought my third Hyundai, traded my Sonata in for a Tucson. It was a great experience (as usual). My son (who bought a Hyundai Accent at the same time) were treated very well and are very happy with our new Hyundais.
All in all, it was as good an auto purchasing experience as can be expected. Got the car I was expecting to get and a little more so. Very happy with it all.

Some actually had a good selection of vehicles that I was interested in, but many did not even come close to knowing what there was in inventory. I'm sorry, but if you work somewhere, you have only one type of commodity for sale, it isn't rocket science. When dealing with Jesse "James" Edwards, it was like I found a lost relative. He knew his inventory, how cars come equipped (including competitors) and was able to talk with me and my wife in a wonderful familiar way. My wife was especially impressed with his professionalism and she wouldn't allow me to deal with anyone else. The only reason for 4 stars is that it took to long to negotiate an agreeable deal.
