Very hospitable. They were very professional, and did EVERYTHING to close the deal. I didn't think they would give me the deal I wanted.......Guess What....THEY DID!!!!! I was surprised. They even threw in 3 free oil changes. Awesome job JACK KESTER!!!!!

I went to rotate my 2017 Sonata's tires myself at my house, but when I went to take off the tires, they all had lock nuts; however the dealer did not give me the lock key when the sold me the vehicle. Service helped me quickly without an appointment to remove lock lug nuts. Service asked if I wanted them to rotate the tires, but it would cost $24.99, so I declined and said I would do it myself. A little later, the service manager said he would rotate them complimentary. Service completed the job pretty quick; however it took over 20 minutes to get my car pulled up after being told 3 different times it was on its way.

The staff were very cordial and worked with me and my budget, and I genuinely felt like they were attempting to actually find a price I can afford rather than "bullying" me into a bad deal as I've seen other dealerships engage in. Overall, I got the feeling that they enjoy their work and their time with customers, and there was an overall good vibe around, will definitely recommend this place.

Excellent customer service by Service Advisor Glen Roopchan. Very understanding and professional. Made sure all our questions were answered and when we needed a loaner car, he had it cleaned and looking like that was the car we were buying. Thank you for keeping the wife happy!
