I went in for an oil change. I asked about additions to my base model and was assisted with the answer to my question promptly. I also wanted to verify the tire pressures were correct, and they were set to factory. The temperature changes in Las Vegas can make the pressures fluctuate. The morning left the pressures lower than factory. I went in 2 days after my oil change. They put more pressure in my tires gladly without charge.
Fantastic!!! My wife and I recently purchased a car on 5/12/18 and I cannot say enough good things about our Centennial Hyundai car buying experience. This was the most personal and pleasurable experience with a car purchase my wife and I have ever had. It started with being by greeted Chelsea M. then completing the purchase with Pontus H. who was personable and professional throughout the whole process. It ended with a complete vehicle walk through by Ricky W. It couldn't have been any better. It changed my whole outlook of dealership purchases. Went into the dealership looking to purchase the Kona Turbo but WITHOUT a sunroof. Centennial Hyundia went out of their way to get me into something else since the turbo line only comes with the sunroof. they bent over backwards to give me the best deal for my 2007 Santa Fe trade in.

We purchased the car through the COSTCO purchase program. The negotiations were simple and the price was in line of expectations. We also traded in our 2015 Hyundai Elantra and received "fair value" for our trade. Our salesman Diego was respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable. We made an appointment for our first oil change on our 2018 Sonata. Bryan Zasloff is our service consultant. He was friendly and the oil change was timely. Car was washed and fluid levels were checked. When we got home, we discovered the windshield washer cap had been left off. Could use more attention to detail.
Work was done well and was able to get in same day to get my oil change. Waiting area was comfortable and the coffee was a nice touch

Traded in the car it's lease was up. Everyone was nice except the Floor Manager Mark somebody. He was a little rude. But all in all the rest of the visit was ok.

I wanted a car with more room but did not want to have a high monthly payment. My salesman Mel was able to get me what I wanted. I am so happy with my Sonata. I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a new ride!

Jordan and Bryan handled the details of the service for my car and were superb. Told me that the service would take about 90 minutes. I received a call in an hour to tell me the service had been finished and I could pick up the car. Overall experience was excellent.
My last two visits for maintenance have been excellent! Rachel made sure I was taken care even though she appeared to be swamped. I can certainly appreciate the effort.
