I came in for my 11am appointment for an oil change and my car was pulled around about 1pm. I'd like to see the 2 hour oil change cut down to about an hour or less.
I really enjoyed the experience. I love my new santafe. The kids love it an I can't wait to take it on a road trip. Couldn't have chosen a better vehicle
Love the car. Jack Ross was a good salesman. Hated the back and forth on price. Left a message with question about registration. Never got a callback.

We love our new Elantra. The Limited came with all the bells and whistles and the dealership took time to make sure we understood them all. They helped us set up many features as well. This is our 3rd Hyundai and they keep getting better and better, way to go Hyundai!!!!

I have had negative experiences with other service advisor's when getting my sonata serviced here. I purchased a maintenance contract when I bought my 2015 Sonata(which I will never do again..too expensive for services that I received) and sometimes it took way too long to get my vehicle back. I would have thought that by buying the maintenance contract, I would have gotten a bit more special attention, but not the case. Anyway, Brian is always polite ,professional and gives great communication. As this is my last prepaid service from my contract, I probably won't return to Centennial Hyundai for future services as it seems that the service dept. is only average, but if I do return,Brian will be my point of contact.

I had a great experience with the exception of Chazz. His communication skills are horrible and I would never recommend anyone to him. Danny is the only reason I stayed and purchased my vehicle from Centennial.
From the moment I pulled up and was greeted at the dealership I felt very comfortable. The staff was very professional and willing to listen to exactly what I wanted. Thomas and his manager were very friendly and willing to do what it took to make sure that I was happy with my purchase.
