Our recent purchase was handled by Joesph Jacoby, the Internet Sales Mgr. He really worked hard to get us the best possible deal on our trade-ins and the new Santa Fe. Ricky Walker made the gransition to the new vehicle seamless and easy. He should teach a class about all of the great things that come with your new vehicle.

Probably the easiest process of buying a car I've ever experienced. Cliff was AMAZING and Max, the cutest little salesman ever, was the absolute best. Recently had my 45K service completed on my 15 Elantra. Had a Sat am appointment that i made online. The car was completed within 2.5 hours from the time i dropped off which was great as i was waiting. Upon getting home and looking closely at all the paperwork that i was given when i paid and pickup my car i noticed that the Multi-Point Inspection sheet is now printed in black and white. While normally this would not be that bad but the items that were looked at and checked off are color coded so you really do not know what color it is. Also they attach a print out of the battery test and it is totally illegible. I understand that colored ink costs a little more but it is it all about customer service then pay for the color print out so the customer can see what the colors and any attached photos are. My next issue that is supposed to be accomplished according to there service website was the tire rotation. Upon getting home and also looking at my receipt i noticed that it was not accomplished. While it is not all that disturbing on this 1 appointment, i am now wondering exactly what else this dealership has been overlooking on not only my automobile but everyone else who gets there cars serviced here

Their service department is AWESOME! Took my Sonata in for a Safety recall, it was done in the quoted time frame. All of the service writers were super friendly, working together to handle the influx of people. Rachel was very efficient and kept me informed through the process. Also the coffee was very good,lol!

The staff here is great and I am always very pleased with the quality of work they do. But having to be here for three hours for an oil change and small tire repair is really frustrating, especially when you schedule an appointment.

We started the process online, Courtney reached out with an email right away and was super helpful. She answered all of my questions. She showed me the car the night before we bought it. She even went as far as to come in 2 hours early to accommodate us. She was amazing through the whole process. I would recommend her to all of my friends.
