Another fantastic car buying experience at Centennial Hyundai... My wife and I just purchased another vehicle with help from Pontus Hellsten and Jim Del Grosso. Pontus is knowledgeable, courteous and very professional when it&#39;s come to a customer&#39;s needs and makes car purchasing a very satisfying experience. We recently purchased a vehicle at this dealership a couple years with the help of Pontus and he is the reason we returned once again to find the vehicle to fit our families needs. We live in Henderson next to the other dealerships but the service we receive here has been impeccable and worth the drive. I just want to start this off with, if ANYONE can keep up with my dad, they deserve huge props. My dad is extremely outspoken and can hold up a conversation that will branch off to a bunch of other conversations, so whoever can keep that conversation going has some really good people skills, especially considering the fact none of us are the most fond of salespeople. With that being said, after going onto the lot to look at the Hyundai Kona, Max Villasenor approached him and he already liked Max by the first impression. He was comparing the Crosstrek with Kona (I have a Crosstrek myself, but those Konas look great!), Max was incredibly helpful with comparing the two vehicles and narrowing down what was best for him while only explaining positives. I&#39;m typically wary of salespeople who bash other brands but Max didn&#39;t do that at all. By the end of it, my dad and his girlfriend got a great deal and Max was very transparent and helpful through the whole process. His people skills, kindness, and professionalism definitely makes him a good asset to any dealership. There were no headaches, and now my dad&#39;s girlfriend loves her vehicle. They can&#39;t stop talking about it. Thank you so much for your help Max! There&#39;s nobody else I would trust if they were looking for a Hyundai.

W were extremely impressed weigh the professionalism of the entire staff. Nick Dushi was our salesman and did an excellent job of listening to our desires and delivering above and beyond our expectations. Even before I became a customer, I reached out several times with questions and he contacted me with answers in surprisingly short times. We love the car we bought and Nick was great at explaining our options so we ended up with everything we wanted in a car, and more. Our experience with Nick, and the entire staff at Centennial Hyundai was enjoyable as well as satisfying.

We just got home with our new car after spending the day here trying to choose the &#34;perfect&#34; one for us. We are thrilled with the service we received today. First, Nick in sales was very accommodating and patient with us wanting to see so many different vehicles. Francisco, the sales manager, was also excellent. There was one hiccup not even worth mentioning because these guys were honest and accommodating and worked hard to make everything smooth. Super fast service compared to the time you have to wait at Lexus for my car. My bf needed 3 new windows and tinting after vandalism well after 3h it was all done which blew me away! LV is good but in Miami Lexus has me wait 4h for an oil change.<br>There was no replacement car tho that&#39;s why not 5 stars.

I was very clear that I wanted a stress free buying experience. Shamarie Moses helped me work out an offer through email before I had to drive to the dealership (excellent upfront service). I got a very reasonable price on a Toyota RAV4 and am satisfied with the car since I drove it off the lot 4 months ago. In general the staff was reasonable and straight forward.

Customer service is excellent. I would of gave 5 stars, but 2 hours is too long when they are supposed to be 1 1/2. Just need to improve the oil changes and car washes a little faster.
