This dealership was extremely professional, friendly, and allowed my husband and I to make a decision without pressure. All the employees we worked with were very knowledgeable about the car, and showed us how to work everything until we were comfortable with vehicle operation. The dealership met our needs with the car, and also with financing. I would highly recommend this dealership, because of the phenomenal customer service, professionalism, and friendly attitude of all the employees we interacted with, to any friends or acquaintances who are in the market for a car. On a side note, though this did not effect my decision to buy, I was disturbed by the number of balloons in the showroom. They were a nuisance, and do to the ridiculous number of balloons, a hazard as well. I also want to mention that it was very odd to see an American muscle car being showcased in the center of the showroom floor, while the Genesis sat off to the side. Just wanted to mention these things as they may effect someone else's decision to buy from this dealership.
I worked the purchase of the vehicle through TrueCar Services and Dominic Grella was knowledgeable about the system and found the exact car I was looking for. Although it was located on other side of town, he went over and picked it up and delivered for our scheduled meeting and test drive. The paperwork was taken care of through Lon'te Maston and everything was explained to my clear understanding. Dominic and Ricky Walker took me through an orientation of the myriad of systems in the car and offered to help me at anytime if I ran into any problems. Thank you to the Centennial team I dealt with for making a car buying experience as pleasant as it could be.
Joe was very knowledgable about all the vehicles we looked at. He took his time and explained everything for my wife and I to understand and feel comfortable with making a desicion. The process was simple, easy and pleasant! We felt so comfortable with the staff at Centennial Hyundai we felt like we were apart of a new family by the time we drove off of the lot. From the first interaction in a quick online query to 10 tens after purchase, the folks over at Centennial Hyundai did a wonderful job. They didn't make the car buying process a big hassle. Dominic took time with me figured out my needs and was prepared for my visit to the store. They had the vehicles I needed and had to test drive right up front. I never had to wander around a huge lot, and everything flowed smoothly. The test drives were perfect, I experienced most of the options and possibilities of models. Dominic was great about that, no pressure so far. After a few test drives it became apparent that they didn't have the color I was specifically coming in for, but they quickly found my second choice and had it in stock. They worked through financing quickly and didn't seem to play the hardball games and I feel that I came out with a fair deal on an amazing vehicle. The staff has followed up as expected. I came in in the late afternoon and left with my second choice color, but upgraded model within 4 hours total. Amazing. My few simple follow up visits (paperworK and scheduling maintenance) hasn't been intimidating at all. I am not intimidated by this dealership at all. I was pre-financed and knew the exact model number I wanted and was still there almost 3 hrs....the only downside to the experience. I dislike the new car buying process so tried to streamline it as much as I could.

See prior comment about sales staff Shawn Allen. Very professional and took his time explaining everything. Very easy to talk to and make this a great buying experience.
