I was recently charged for something that isn't fixed by AA Auto. I brought my car here and they were able to successfully diagnose the issue and take care of my car. Rachel was very helpful in explaining "shop talk" to me about what was wrong, why it was a problem and getting it fixed.. I feel like I can actually trust the dealership again :)
Initially I was not to happy about taking the drive from Henderson to Centennial but after speaking with multiple sales guys from various dealerships, this was my first and last stop. As a single woman I generally am weary of car lots but Brian did a great job at alleviating all my stress! Although my credit isn't the best Brian and the finance manager were able to get me in my first new car. God bless you all

Their customer service in the service department is 1st Class! Jordan and Rachel went over the top to accommodate my husband and I in our needs! No waiting, shuttle service and a loaner! We’ve been coming to Centennial Hyundai since we moved here 4 1/2 years ago and the work done is always superb ++++
Took my car in due to a recall. Staff was wonderful and they truly gave the best customer service. The wait wasn't long and their curiosity car wash was a plus.
Centennial Hyundai is always my go to dealership for anything. I've been helped by both Brian & Rachel in the service department and they are both very nice and extremely helpful.
They were most Thourally thoughtful. My car had a warranty issue, and it was corrected, upon my return home I received a call from them, advising me of an additional issue. It to will be corrected.

Great Service, was greeted by Bryan when I entered the service department, he informed me what was entailed in my free oil change for my 2017 Tucson and said that the car should be ready between an hour and a hour and a half. Fifty five minutes later it was ready and also washed. Bryan also explained the service schedule for my vehicle besides the oil changes. Would recommend Centennial Hyundai to anyone.

We had an awesome experience here. Nick helped us with our car buying questions and decisions. There was no pushy salesman tactics or manipulations, only questions and suggestions. The staff were all friendly, Gilbert was especially accommodating to our ancy 2 year old while we were signing paperwork. We are really happy with our new car and feel we were treated well! I drove from Bakersfield to Vegas on Saturday to visit my very ill grandpa. Check engine light came on after recently getting a software update. I thought the worst was inevitable.Rebecca got me in on Monday and resolved the issue in less than a few hours that morning. Thank you Becky! You deserve a raise!
