Service Writer Brian is terrific! Evaluation of thumbing noise in front end identified problem and it was repaired. Brian treats his customers professionally and explains options available for maintenance on both of our Hyundai cars.

I was told by by Glen Roopchan, person who made my appointment date that my oil change was included in my service agreement, but I was told at the counter it would be $35.00. She checked into it and said there would be no charge. I feel this should have already been taken care of.

Brought the car in for oil change with new filter using a Centennial Hyundai coupon. After diagnosing my car found I needed front brakes. Changed the brakes at a very good cost. With everything done waited just over 2 hours. And that's with the service dept very busy. Bery satisfied.

Took my daughter's Sonata in for maintenance today and was Alex took care of us. He greeted us and asked what he could do. When we told him the problem, he first tried to troubleshoot it. He quickly found the problem, told us he would order the part and also informed us of four recalls that needed to be taken care of. Alex's customer service skills were by far some of the best I've experienced in a long time. He didn't act like we were bothering him like my vehicle dealership down the street. If everyone in the service department is as amazing as Alex, I may consider a Hyundai as my next vehicle purchase.
