I worked with Mark and Anthony during the initial negotiations. They are both very nice. The whole reason I ended up at Centennial Hyundai was the advertised 5k for your trade. As suspected, there really never ended up being a 5k allowance for my trade. It's all smoke and mirrors. That being said, I had an "out the door" number in mind, and actually left the dealership the first night after not reaching the price I wanted. I went home that night, did some research, and learned that my price was just out of a fair range. I tweaked my number, went back the next day and offered what I thought to be a fair price, and they accepted. All experiences up to that point were great. Don't get me wrong, these guys are salesmen, but they are fair and friendly. I drove away feeling great about my purchase and the car is amazing. Two negatives that kept me from giving all top boxes on reviews... 1. When I did the final checklist I noticed a scratch on the door. It was noted and they said they would take care of it. Taking care of it was not the easiest thing to do. It took many phone calls, and many voicemails were left un-tended, but I eventually connected with the right person and was taken care of. They actually did a fantastic job of fixing it, I just wish the communication was a bit easier. 2. I did not expect to have to haggle with the finance department. My credit is solid and I expected a good rate. When the deal was all done, and I was in the finance office, I learned that my interest rate was way too high. This got "negotiated" down through my purchase of extra insurance, that I wasn't necessarily going to buy. It was one part of the process I didn't expect or prepare for, and I do take some blame for that. Also, I'm sure the insurance is valuable, just never expected to purchase it.

Had only one problem, not being able to decline the "desert protection package". In all fairness 98%+ might find it a great and welcomed package. I just feel I should have been able to decline the package. Overall the experience was better than expected, buying a vehicle is not on my fun thing to do list. Ms. Conway was very helpful and took the time to answer all questions. I would be happy to recommend Ms. Conway and Centennial Hyundai to anyone needing to purchase a vehicle.
