Love Centennial Hyundai. Had an issue with my XM radio and Jordan and the guys got me in and out of there ??

The customer service that I've received at this dealership is by far the best I've ever encountered. Representatives always greet me upon my arrival. Service technician explains the maintenance tasks that even a novice could understand.

The employees we dealt with provided excellent customer service. Donny and Rick were knowledgeable and personable. Donny answered any question we had about purchasing our vehicle. Rick showed us ALL of the options on our vehicle (It was loaded with every option available). Gilbert gave us a truly great experience also.

The customer service is great. The guy I usually go through is very good at what he does. The ease of making an appt and getting into the service department is great.

I had to leave town for an emergency and needed an oil change before the trip. I called the service center and Corey was able to squeeze me in after previously being told they did not have an appointments avilable.

As always Brian in the service department took great care of me and my hats off to the mechanics in back they never let me down! GREAT JOB!!

Awsome service department because of Brian he goes out of his way to help you. Had to wait an hour and 15 minutes. Had oil change and recall done. Acceptable time to me.

Our service appointment went well, and all the items I had asked for were done on time. Our service adviser Bryan was his usual efficient and happy self, but the whole desk of service writers was quite chaotic, and it seems like you could use a few extra people at peak hours to handle the customers in a timely fashion--I waited a fairly long time to be acknowledged before I could be served, which was not the usual way I have experienced in the past. On another note, your communications to us, either email, web, or snail mail keep coming addressed to our trust names-- and we really would prefer to have our real names or nicknames used, if that can be done? Thank you

Rachel was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. Best service advisor I have ever dealt with. Will deal exclusively with her going forward.

Brian is both knowledgeable and customer-friendly. He understands what should be done, has impeccable sense of timing for the job and notifies me when done.

When we first drove up at 8pm we were greeted by Mel with a smile. When asked if they were closing he said no I'm ready to help you with the purchase of your car. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We are walking out with the truck that I wanted. I am a very happy customer thanks to Mel.

I called for a service appointment and spoke with Rachel. The appointment was made at my convenience. I had no problem dropping off my car and was called when the car was ready. Rachel was great.

Came to Centennial Hyundai only to look around, was greeted right away by Mel Balane and Manager who helped us thru it all. Staff was great and provided us with the best advise possible. My experience was quick and easy. Dave listened to my request and found a vehicle that fit my need. He was able to turn the vehicle around fast to accommodate my son's trip back to Reno. The vehicle was purchased on Friday and through Dave's efforts, we were able to pick the vehicle up on Saturday. Thanks to Dave, the experience was painless.
