I was there this afternoon for multipoint inspection. The desk assistant and technician were very welcoming. They guided me through the process. I was not expecting to purchase a car, just to go look at options and see what fit me best. When I arrived I was greeted by Jason and he got right to it and started asking me all the right questions, he had 2 vehicles I wanted to test drive ready. He is seriously the best car sales man I have ever had. He didn’t make me feel pressured, and he did everything to help me find the right car for me. The same night I walked out owning a new Kona. I would recommend Jason to anyone who is shopping for a car. The whole staff is friendly and wants to make sure your getting excellent service. Also Rick who showed me how to use my car was amazing and he walked me through the whole process since I have never owned a Kona or a fully loaded vehicle with all this new technology. Inquired about a certain car. Dealership was polite. Appreciated tat they were not pushing me to buy, but only informed me about the car. Asked if I would like to see said car and drive it.....wasnât ready for that yet. Informed they are there to help when I am ready. Overall good experience. I will purchase a car within the next few months and they are the first I will contact when I do that. Thank you.
Rebecca was a sweetheart but hopefully no one has to deal with the technician manager because even though I agreed with the problem he addressed, he had to slide in one smart alek comment about how obvious the problem was. I guess Hyundai just skips over customer interaction as part of their hiring process for techs.
Bryan was easy to work with. Came in for a warranty related issue. The part needed was quickly ordered. A week later they tried to install the part but broke something else (which they told me is common). The part that needed to be installed is in a hard to reach area and it usually means that something has to be broken in order to reach the bad part. Bryan told me that the replacement part will be ordered and that it will take 5 mins to install. A few weeks ago, there was a misunderstanding on something else. Bryan took the time to immediately call me and address my concerns. I really like working with Bryan.

I will start this review with avoid all Hyundai dealers in LV besides Centennial! We live by the M and drove all the way up to NW just based on the communication and friendliness of Sales Woman Rachel Hunt! She was wonderful. Her communication days prior to going to the dealership was superb. There seemed to be no pressure leading up to our arrival. When we arrived, she was standing out front, confident and friendly. She had the vehicle out front, clean and staged front and center! One of the few times I felt a red carpet rolled out at a dealership. We did all of our research and have driven plenty of Hyundai Palisades prior to this vehicle. The presentation sold us. In the end it all worked out and the sales manager did us a solid and got us the price we were looking for. Rebecca in the service department is awesome to work with. She is always very friendly and has a very high energy level that is focused on great customer service. Amazing service!! Would absolutely recommend, Mel was such a help and a fantastic person to work with. He was very friendly and willing to work with me and my budget. He answered all my questions and I appreciate the communication I received outside of the dealership cause I know if I had any questions that he would get back to me as soon as he could.
