Terry was there the whole way of me getting my first car he provided everything I needed to know such a great person with a great personality and good people skills worker of the year I would give him process was pretty quick and straight forward thanks to everyone who helped truely appreciate it

The service desk was both responsive, explained things and appeared to have my best interests at heart. They beat the time they told me, they washed my car and then it snowed!

My brakes made a terrible squeaking sound out of nowhere. Called and made an appt. with John, for Rachel. Brought my car in, she was quick, asked if I needed anything else and advised she would contact me to update discovery. Found out, as I had already suspected, needed new pads and resurface of front rotors. Car has 83,000 miles and is a 2013 Sonata. Been an amazing car. She was able to get the car in, repaired and back to me before 6:00 pm. We have owned quite a few cars, BMW's, Lexus, Mercedes, Range Rovers, Fords, and our experience with our Sonata and the continued customer service experience with service needs is what will keep us a Hyundai owner again and again. Thanks for taking such good care of our cars, and WASHING THEM!!! Love it.

I took my Santa Fe Sport in for a routine oil change. My appointment was through Jordan. Without being asked, a diagnostic on my battery was done and found to be low. It was then changed out under the warranty. Saved me from the inconvenience of waking up to a dead battery one morning. Also, Jade was very nice and went over how to use my Hyundai Blue Link. Thank you Jordan and Jade!

From the moment I drove up to this dealership on a Saturday morning- I felt welcome and not overwhelmed. Which means a lot to us "regular folks". I would have to add that the main reason why I felt at ease was because of the person that approached me was so down to earth. PLEASE if you go here to purchase a vehicle or just to see what your options may be seek out JC! He was very professional and was helpful with keeping me calm. Needless to say, I did buy a brand new car and JC was the second factor in my decision. The main factor was because this dealership donates to children that are battling cancer. From Ricky, Gilbert, and of course JC-- I would go through the whole painless process and anxiety again! Thank you and keep up the great work!
