Took my Elantra in for its second oil change and couldn't be happier. I was greeted immediately and my vehicle was processed and taken back for service before I was finished at the counter. Rebecca Birnbaum was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I was going to get my tires rotated, but she told me it wasn't necessary this visit and saved me some money. She personally handled my check out and I was on my way in about 90 minutes. I'm always happy with the service at Centennial Hyundai. Thanks again, and see you next oil change.
After check engine light came on, called my service advisor, Bryan Zasloff. Delivered car to dealer service for diagnostic check which revealed issue with turbo charger. Issue was resolved and covered under warranty. Car is running great! Once again, Bryan ensured everything was handled professionally and smoothly. As I have written many times in the past, Bryan's outstanding customer service is unmatched and truthfully, he keeps my wife and I in our two Hyundai vehicles. Thank you Bryan!

Excellent service. The people are friendly, take the time to explain to you, respect the time and is quick. The coffee maker is excellent to taste while you waiting.
Everything was ok... oil change and car washed. It took about 1 hour. Only issue is that the car was purchased under 2 names. They only had my GF name and phone number and not mine. I asked if they could fix it and they said it would void the warranty. Never heard of anything like that. I'm certainly not going to do anything to void the warranty, but seems like an easy enough thing to do since my name is on the loan and I'm the one in charge of maintain the car. Ed Nesoff

Service Advisor, Bryan, exceeded my expectations by providing me with guidance for my service appointment which included a recall notice, tire rotation and balance, and analysis of a vibration from the right rear area of my car. The vibration (metal on metal noise) was from the right rear shock which had loosened and once tightened the noise was eliminated. My car drives like new again!

Management has picked a staff to be courteous and friendly. There was never any pressure at all. The staff was consistent throughout all phases of my purchase as well as in service when I brought it back for a car wash

Nick Taylor was our salesman and did a great job of determining exactly what we were looking for, found the car at another location, went & picked it up and even followed us home to get copies of 2 documents so that we didn't have to go back to the dealer the following morning with them. Niko Rommo was our finance guy and he also did a great job in spending a lot of time going through all the options of both a lease & purchase of this car. He was very thorough in explaining everything to us. Working with Niko was such a pleasure - something we were never able to say about the previous finance people we worked with. We have previously leased 2 vehicles from this location so Rick Walker is no stranger to us and as always he is the epitome of customer service. He is very patient explaining all the features of the car, gets our cell phones hooked up, etc. and never makes us feel like the challenged electronic/computer seniors that we are. We have always gone back with questions for him and he has never not had time to help us out. He is the biggest asset Centennial Hyundai has.

My first service appointment since buying my Hyundai just want to recognize Bryan from the service department for your great customer service and keeping the true to the service time.
Check in was easy and quick. They identified a problem with my battery I didn't know I was having and replaced it per warranty. Service was completed ahead of promised time. The car was like new again. I couldn't happier.
