I needed routine maintenance on my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. So, I went online and made an appointment (easy peasy). I arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time and was taken in right away (wow!), Bryan Zasloff, my service advisor, said it would be approximately a 2-2 1/2 hour wait. You can imagine my surprise when Bryan showed up an hour and 15 minutes later and handed me my key. I have always had an amazing experience each and every time I have brought my Hyundai in for service. Thank you Bryan.

Excellent service. Can we change the name to my name Ramilo Mendoza. Anna Mendoza is my wife but i drive this car mire than she does. I've already requested this change but it seems like nothing is being done. On your online sevice scheduling. It had automatucally selected the car type to an "SE Manual". I have a 2017 Hyundai Elantra, Value Edition, Automatic. Can we have an option to change or update that. Overall the oil chane service and pricing iwas great.

I met Courtney and she preceded to show me the exact car that I showed interest in prior to arriving. She suggested other cars based on my desires, but she encouraged me to stick to my wants and desires. She never tried to sell or pursuade me to buy a car I didn't want. She gave me the option to fill out the credit app before, or after the test drive. Courtney was pressure free, and a joy to do business with. I highly suggest Centennial Hyundai for any car buyer, and Courtney as your sales person.

I had to reschedule my first oil change because of low mileage and the Service Department was very understanding. I discussed with them after this visit when I should bring my vehicle back in for my second oil change and Brian advised 6 months or 3750 miles which ever comes first and assured me that this would not void my warranty.
The experience at Centennial was positive. Our salesperson was on point and cheerful, comfortable to work with. He had answers to all questions posed. My only disappointment is a detail from the manufacturer: it appears, as compared to my 2014 Accent, that the volume levels of a Bluetooth call, and the radio, are inexplicably not synced. Every single phone call, in or out, requires ramping up the volume tp 38 or more, just to be able to hear the person on the other end of the line. Upon ending call, the radio volume is where it was. The next call requires the same spinning of the volume dial.
A great experience and no pressure. Took two demo rides was shown and meet the service manager and parts personal. They offed us some refreshment to drink. The Finance Manager explained all the paper forms to us and was polite. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends.
